J. T.I am the tour leader for a group of 9 people from Singapore who recently went on a trip to Bhutan with Bhutan Best Travel. I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service provided by our tour guide Jigme and driver was Sangay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout the entire journey.
One of my guests fell ill during the trip, and Nidup Dorji, the owner Bhutan Best Travel, personally fetched my senior guest to the Emergency Department of the Hospital. His prompt action and caring nature were commendable. The guest received immediate attention and was treated promptly, ensuring that their well-being was taken care of.Furthermore, Bhutan Best Travel made special arrangements for us, which truly made our holiday an unforgettable one. We were blessed with beautiful blessings at Tiger Nest and met with chief lama to learn about Tibetan buddhism, which added a special touch to the experience. These thoughtful gestures made our trip worth every penny.During our stay, we were provided with excellent accommodations, both clean and comfortable. The hotels were well-maintained and provided a restful environment for us to relax in. We were well fed and taken care of, leaving us feeling pampered and satisfied.I highly recommend Bhutan Best Travel for the Trip Advisor "Best Traveller Choice Award".
