We are deeply grateful to ALLAH Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and sincerely thank the Hahnemann team for their guidance, hospitality, transportation, and arrangements throughout our 16-day journey for Umrah and Al-Aqsa. Traveling with a young child of six years old and an elderly family member presented its challenges, but we thoroughly enjoyed the trip, thanks to the unwavering support and kindness of our guide, Brother Hamli Jabbar. Bi’iznillah, his patience, experience, and approachable nature made all the difference 😉 Brother Hamli was always there to guide my family and me, addressing our many queries and concerns during our first experience performing Umrah as a family. His dedication and care for every member of the group were remarkable and deeply appreciated. Alhamdulillah. I have just completed my first umrah with Hahnemann Travels and I had such a wonderful experience. I was on the 15D Al Aqsa and Umrah Trip. MasyaAllah... it was the best decision I have made despite feeling rather tired from travelling to multiple cities. I feel that all Muslims should visit Palestine, not only to support the Palestinians but also for us to learn more about the prophets before Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It is such an amazing lead up to umrah. 🕋 You have to experience this spiritual journey yourself. Ustaz Muhammad has been calm and takes good care of the group. The hotels are comfy, food is great, sightseeing is great. There is nothing to complain. I'll definitely choose Hahnemann Travels again for my next trip. In sha Allah. ❤️

Bismillahi Masya Allah. First off, our appreciation for Hahnemann and their team in specific Faizal and Riduan during our Aqsa Umrah trip 2024. The hard work, sincerity and earnest effort to fulfill the itinerary did not go unnoticed. When there was an unforseen issue i.e the sleeper's cave, the Hahnemann team made quick adjustment despite the time difference for Singapore and Jordan. My wife and I went for this Umrah trip with the hope to pray in the three holy Mosques Aqsa, Masjid Nabawi and Masjidil Haram. It was spiritually humbling experience. Everything else from the trip were bonuses for us. The shopping, insightful sightseeing and connection with fellow jemaah were blessings from Allah SWT that we still are so grateful for. That's the lense that we put on for this trip and this review. Perfection belongs to Allah SWT. Definitely there can be room for improvements which we trust the Hahnemann team will review and implement. No further inputs from us. It was superb value we receive from the trip. Alhamdulillah, my mom and I have just returned from our Umrah trip with Hahnemann Travels, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The itinerary was so well crafted, giving us the chance to visit important Islamic historical sites while still having plenty of personal time for ibadah. Our trip was guided by Tour Leader Sardali and Ustaz Muhri, and I can’t thank them enough. Sardali was so attentive, making sure every Jemaah was comfortable and well taken care of. Ustaz Muhri shared detailed stories about the life of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and Islamic history, that were not only insightful but also inspiring. He is very knowledgeble and passionate, always ready to answer our questions. His guidance added so much value to the trip. This journey was more than just a trip; it was a spiritual awakening. It gave us the chance to reconnect with our Creator and was filled with a sense of tranquility and countless blessings. The kindness and support among the Jemaah made it even more special, everyone was so caring and looked out for one another. Truly an experience that will remain etched in my heart. One of the main reason why I chose to embark on this trip with Hahnemann Travel was due to Aqsa. Travelling with Hahnemann Travel definitely provided us with a sense of security and a peace of mind. The tour guides Ahmad and Iyad are knowledgeable and entertaining. They were engaging and shared the key points of each sites well. The places of interests, accommodations and food catered were definitely worth the price paid. Syukur Alhamdulillah...It has been a very overwhelming and meaningful journey in finding myself and healing. My siblings and I all came with one intention: to be closer to our maker, Allah SWT. Although the 10-day pilgrimage sounds short, it really is compact with activities. Good choices of hotels, both comfortable, feel like home, serving sumptuous foods, Hotel Ruve & Jumeirah. Assalamualaikum... I represent my family of 10 jemaah (including my 1yr old & 3yr old grandsons) for our Umrah trip from 10th Oct to 22nd Oct 2024. The team are very responsive & attentive to our needs. They curated a perfect itinerary for Ibadah & sightseeing at Islamic historical places. Ustaz Martin & the Mutawwif (Ustaz Muhri) guided us fully in our Tawaf & Saie. We were able to recite our Doa fluently. Alhamdulillah... We had our Friday Prayers in Masjidil Nabawi & Masjidil Haram during this trp, and did our guided Umrah 3 times. Everything was well organised & fully guided! The Hotel is very near to Masjidil Nabawi & Masjidil Haram. The hotel accommodation was very comfortable with super wide range of buffet for our 3 meals daily! Assalamualaikum, i would like to share my experience travelling with Hahnemann travel! had my first umrah with Hahnemann travel. my mum found Hahnemann travel during her search of different agencies to conduct umrah with. felt very thankful to be invited by Allah for this experience. my umrah trip was guided by Ustadz Hamli and Mutawwif Ustadz Ansor. as it was my first time, i had a lot of uncertainty feeling so i was thankful that both of them were guiding us in detail and were patient as well as informative in responding to everyone's enquiries! i learnt so much throughout the trip regarding the different places thanks to Mutawwif for his sharing of knowledge! other than guiding us, both ustadz never failed to make us laugh and made the trip more memorable! they were both also very attentive to their jemaah and took care of us well ☺️ during the trip, we were also accompanied by Ustazah Hana, who was kind to accompany the ladies to the washroom and took care of our items for us! Hahneman travels prioritises our care and comfort above all else throughout our Umrah. Seeing how they operated when covid travel restrictions were first uplifted gave me confidence to appoint them as my go to agency. Travelled with them once more in August, encountering drastic weather conditions from intense heat to heavy downpours and thunderstorm, Ustaz Priyo took up the role of both our guide and mutawif, acted exemplary, ensuring the groups safety above all else. He ensured the health and well being of everyone day in day out, making sure every individual is comfortable before conducting and visitations and umrah activities. Simple to say, all travel concerns and worries are absorbed by him, allowing us to fully focus on our act of worship with ease. I definitely appreciate all the information and knowledge shared by Ustaz Priyo during the trip. It was definitely not an easy task to run both administrative duties while also performing exceptionally with the sharing and teachings. Assalamualaikum. I went for my 1st Umrah solo with Hahnemann from 12 dec to 26 dec. Was nervous considering its my 1st time. My mother recommended Hahnemann as she had gone with them multiple times and trusted them & their services. So i decided to engage them. The tour was organised & seamless. Tour leader was very helpful and very patient in answering all Jemaah's questions. The guides & mutawwif were informative and very knowledgeable in history and islamic context - we were comfortable to ask questions at any time, both offline and directly to them & they were very accommodating and took time to explain/reply these questions. During tawaf/saie, they took precautions for our safety & guided us well. Food, accommodation & travel were all included in package. Food was delicious btw! In terms of travel, it was smooth as they also arrange transportation of big bags to and fro certain places. Language is available in english and malay (as my malay was not good, tour leader helped to translate too!). It was an emotional journey. One that taught me alot and allowed me to grow & seek a different perspective. I was able to reach the 1 place that drew me to it (sorry cant say where). I believe with Allah's invite & consent together with the team at Hahnemann, i was able to achieve this. They made it easy for you to focus on Ibadah & to be better at it. For that, I would like to thank everyone for I can never be able to repay all that you have done for me. May Allah bless you a million times over for your deeds. I had no regrets! Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh, Me and family went for our first umrah during 26 October 2023 to 07 November 2023 with Hahnemann Travel Pte Ltd. It was a spiritual one for me and family. We learnt so much throughout the trip. It definitely an eye opener and emotional one. Misses the place so much. With praise for our mutawif, Ustaz Muhri Hasibuan was very knowledge with his sharing about the sirah and history. Not forgetting our Ustaz Zaidi and Ustazah Hanani was very accommodating calm and composed always very engaging with all the Jemaah. The close proximity hotels we stayed are so close to the Masjid in Madinah and Makkah, delicious meals, smooth train rides, and efficient logistics added to the positive experience. My family is repeat customer with Hahnemann Travel. The 7 of us did our first umrah with them all the way back in 2016, and the latest one in 2024. Both times Alhamdulillah have been a very enjoyable experience. Bang Rizal went the extra mile, ensuring my 9 year old boy is always safe during the tawaf. Ust Muhri was also always on hand to guide all the jemaah in performing all the ibadah with his clear explanations. We went umrah as a family of 7 and probably the most troublesome bunch, but Ust. Rizal has treated us very kindly and made sure we are taken care of. Application process was smooth, everything via mobile (including visa application). Ruve Hotel in Madinah was comfortable and very near to Masjid Nabawi, although you may need to bring your own favorite coffee. Hotel Jumeirah Mekkah had very good selection & delicious meals, comfortable rooms. Near Masjidil Haram too. We managed to maximise our ibadah thanks to worry-free, all inclusive arrangement. EAT, PRAY, LOVE. REPEAT. It’s like 10 days sneak peak to life in Jannah. Aamiin. The ziarah itinerary are interesting too. We never get bored with the humorous Ustaz Muhri. Bismillah.. I would like to give a special mention to our mutawwif (Umrah guide), Ustad Borhan and also his family who tagged along for the Umrah trip. They are very friendly, kind, patience and accommodating in assisting and attending to all our queries. JazakAllahu Khairan. For the trip, my mother require walking aid such as walking stick or wheelchair. The cobbled or rocky pathways makes it challenging to push the wheelchair around. However our tourmates are very helpful in providing my mother assistance whenever in need. Truly grateful for that and may Allah reward them for their kind deeds. Prior to the trip, my sisters' spouses were anxious about the itinerary to Al-Aqsa. They are rightfully to be worried, with the on-going crisis in Gaza, neverending horrific attacks that caused a lot of Palestinians to be displaced, with destructions of homes and casualties. While most travel agency cancelled their trip to Al-Aqsa, Hahnemann took the firm stance to proceed with the trip. They have a better approach on entering the country through the borders of the neighbouring country, Jordan instead of Tel Aviv. Previously, many who went through Tel Aviv would confirm that they had a bad experience either from the discrimination or being held up for hours. As for current, there have been news of protests being held which really a bad idea to land there. Upon reaching Al-Aqsa compound, it is clear to see that it is completely empty. No other tourist around to be seen. Palestinians that stays near that area urge Muslims tourist from around the world to come to Al-Aqsa, especially a Palestinian lady called Mariam. Also to keep praying for the freedom of Palestinians in their homeland. Aside from that, our trip to Madinah and Makkah went really well, Alhamdulillah. A special thanks to Ustad Ahmad Tarmizi who is relentless in helping and guiding us along with everything (i.e. doa, tawaf, waqaf, infaq etc). Jazakkallahu Khairan.

My group and I of 22 travellers just got back from Turkiye. We travelled extensively and covered several states, all of them had long and interesting historical background. They were shared by our guide Esat, a truly magnificent character, full of smile and patience, had great knowledge and love for his country. Driver Özcan was always on time, drove us around safely and had a big bright smile even though we could converse in the same language. Both Haji Hamli & Mutawwif Ansor were on hand at all times of the day including being a very good guide during the ziarah as well as when we needed to know where to go within the city. Our hotel stayed for both in Madinah & Mekah was excellent and the food provided was superb and lots of variety of food selections for us to choose from. Alhamdulillah, it was my first umrah, my spiritual journey which I truly enjoyed and learnt so much throughout my trip. It was a pleasant and a very emotional one with an eye opener. Burf Khalifa in Dubai is an exhilrating and awe-inspiring experience. The 148 floor provides spectacular scene and panaromic view of the city that one cannot miss! The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi is the country's largest mosque. We were stunned with the outstanding achitecture. It is magnificent. Desert Safari with unique BBQ dinner in Dubai was exciting. Lots of thrills going up and down the sand dunes. We love the camel ride, BBQ dinner and the cultural dance. Dhow Cruise in Dubai on eve of New Year was one of beautiful and memorable cruise we had. The dinner and fire works were fantastic. Not forgetting the belly dance and the music. We were well entertained. We luv the place and its culture and of course the food and lots of shopping to do there. 1. Pilgrims were divided into 3 groups and group chat was created on the day we left for Jeddah on 8 June 24. The Admin did not check to ensure all pilgrims were included in the group they belong to. My husband and I were excluded. As such we did not receive any update on the programs. Our names were included only on 20 June after I highlighted to Hahnemann staff. 2. Programme for the day changed at the last minute. Not according to the booklet that was given to pilgrims. We understand changes had to be made depending on each situation. 3. Hahnemann must ensure that the buses arrive according to schedule. Do not make the pilgrims wait for hours. We understand this is beyond Hahnemann’s control. Please feedback to the transport operator on the importance of punctuality especially for groups with pilgrims who are age 60 and above. 4. Hahnemann must ensure that the officials selected for Hajj are pro-active and not give us answers like “I don’t know” when asked. 5. Priority should be given to the pilgrims and officials should wait until all pilgrims had their turn to do what they are required to do. Quote an example, when we reached Mecca on 20 June, we had to perform solat asar at Hyatt Musollah, I noticed that the official quickly take the wudu and let the pilgrims wait, this is bad service and selfish. 6. The points above are some of the pertinent items that Hahnemann should look into for future improvements in their services. I am not going to mention those little things that we encounter daily. 7. Having said the above, I will still use and recommend Hahnemann Travel for future Umrah and Hajj, Insyaallah.

My family and I went for our first umroh last December 2023 with Hahnemann. This spiritual journey was wonderful and emotional for our family. Hahnemann service was the best during our umroh trip. The hotel location was very near to Masjidil Haram dan Masjid Nabawi (Hyatt Hotel and Ruve Hotel), The best! The food was all delicious, the recorder and buku doa was very useful. A different experience every time we perform umrah…. الحمدلله Pegawai Zul is so friendly right fr the start of our journey…. He reminded us to look out for each other and treat one another like family…. Since we will be around each other for nearly 2 weeks 😉….A reminder for myself especially that I was traveling with 15 other members of my own family. He checked on our well being every now and then making sure we are well and even offered medication when we’re not 👍🏻. At immigration, during tawaf & saie and visitations etc. His bubbly personality makes it easy for us to gel together, updating us on the day’s programme and giving heads up on what to expect and taking photos for us throughout the journey. Ustaz Ismail Marzuki is a complement to the team. He guides us with the doas & performing umrah fr start till end making sure everyone is able to follow. He shares stories on Rasulullah such that we are motivated to read more. He makes sure our bus rides are filled with doas & selawat and stories and other religious knowledge so there were new knowledge learnt. He also assisted us with other ibadah eg. Sadaqah & wakaf so we could concentrate on our prayers. الحمدلله Special mention to boss Hahnemann too for acceding to my family members’ special request in Madinah. 👍🏻 Definitely an unforgettable experience…. الحمدلله

It’s been a joy working with Hahnemann Travel! From the beginning of getting information about their tours right till the very end, my experience has only been positive. They are professional in providing a very detailed outline of the tour (with pictures to have a feel of what you’ll be experiencing). Once the tour was booked, they always kept us updated via WhatsApp of the progress in flight & hotel bookings. They were also able to arrange triple room arrangements in each hotel so that my grandma, cousin and I could all be in the same room. All 3 hotels were 4 star, well furnished with delicious breakfasts! Special appreciation goes to the tour guide arranged for us; Anouar! A gem of a person who was very gracious and kind. He was punctual in picking us up from the hotel daily and also gave a lot of insights and information about the cities and landmarks we visited. He was flexible during the tour - allowing us to go back to the hotel to rest and pray before continuing our explorations. He also took the initiative to Google and drive to Heididorf (which was not in the itinerary) so as to fulfil my grandma’s wish of seeing the place. I am grateful to Allah SWT for bringing us all together and giving us beautiful memories. To this day, I am still in awe of the amazing atmosphere in Madinah and the Grand Mosque, not to mention being surrounded by kind and loving pilgrims. Ustaz Saleh is also a person who is patient and guides us while we do tawaf and the prayers that are pronounced are very easy for us to understand. He has also carried out his responsibility to manage the waqf of the congregation and give us the opportunity to distribute sabil food there.
