Boarded this bus in Melaka. Beena, the lady in charge made sure the passengers were guided throughout. Journey until we exited Malaysia was pleasant. We missed the coach from the Singapore Tuas checkpoint to the city center due to immigration delay. However she made sure to follow up on whatsapp and provided instructions to board the next coach of the same provider.

Took Luxury Coach Service executive bus from Serangoon NEX Mrt exit E to Kuala Lumpur and return trip to Spore. The bus departed punctually on the dot. Bus condition was excellent, clean, seat belts, seat recliner were working well. Driver, Khoo always kept a safe speed and drove smoothly. They also have an on board tourguide, Henry and he takes care and keeps updating passengers of the schedule arrival time to KL and drop off location . The tour guide is chatty & friendly, shared information and background about KL. All in all, I think they have the best coach service to Malaysia in my opinion. Just excellent, SQ standard. Note:free wifi on board with USB charging point for this single deck coach.

Took bus to Malacca on June 2024. Seats were clean and I received orange juice and a packet of biscuits. However the leg room was slightly cramped depending on seat allocation. For my return trip I had much more leg room to fully stretch out my legs. I am only 1.6m tall. The bus was 15 mins late on the way to Malacca but arrived on time for the trip back to Singapore

I seldom write reviews for coach operators to KL even though I travel relatively frequently on this route. Will recommend this company for coach travel. Currently typing this review with the Free Wifi onboard 🙂 This is my first trip with Luxury Coach Service and it was exceptional. From booking to the journey itself, it was really smooth and the service provided was excellent and highly impressed. Booking at the Office at Orchard Plaza - friendly staff Trip from SG to KL was on their Single Deck Coach - very clean and free wifi provided. Guide was Mr Khairy and Driver Mr Durai. 30 mins break at Yong Peng and reach KL in 6 hours. Bottled water provided. Along the way, guide introduced some info about the destination and kept us updated throughout the ride. The trip on the coach was a bit bumpy though, not the smoothest with on/off acceleration and cruising. Trip from KL to SG was delayed by an hour. However, Luxury Coach kept us informed and even went the extra mile to arrange for us to travel on the earlier trip at on the double deck coach, even though we had a separate drop off point. Luxury Coach was constantly in contact with us to update on the location of the coach. Guide Mr Henry went above and beyond to personally apologise to each passenger for the delayed trip, and informed us about the rest break we would take during the journey. Coach captain Mr Ahmad drove very safely within speed limit and smoothly. Light Refreshment of Apple Juice, Biscuit and Bottled water provided on this coach. Overall very good service provided by both on the way back. Bus was comfortable with spacious seats and the ride was quiet. Both coaches were equipped with good and fast wifi. Below 👇 are some photos of the trip. Although travelled with other operators previously, with all things considered, would not hesitate to travel with this company for my future trips.

Took this coach from Sengkang to Melaka. Even though there were only 2 of us (and no other passengers) for this trip, they didn't cancel the trip. The bus was big and clean, the driver was super nice, and the guide was knowledgeable. Free WiFi on the bus as strong and no problem surfing TikTok or YouTube. The downside was that the bus was bumpy on the upper deck. The lower deck was less bumpy but has engine noise. Also, the seats did not have USB charging port. Overall, it was a good trip with greater service. We recommend.

Hi Team at Luxury Coach. @Elaine, Captain Azhar & Co Host, @Eric. I recently travelled on coach Sin-KL-Sin. Travel on board was good. Captain was very experience driver despite the intermittent rain. Hotel recommend by Elaine was good. Too. Overall. Safety was Top Priority . Very happy. Will travel with Luxury coach in future. Highly recommend all on time.

The bus was lovely, comfortable, clean - I was glad to have the seatbelts. The driver Mr Malek was a very good driver, and Khairi was very good at informing us on what was happening (and when the next toilet break would be) and gave us great history and cultural information. We had a great time! The only issue was that it wasn’t clear to us where Exit E was and we were stressed about not knowing where to wait. We rang Mr Malek and he made sure the bus didn’t leave without us!

Extremely good service! Took from cck to Malacca, PC9633J. Coach was on time, reach Malacca earlier than expected. Coach was clean. Bottle water and biscuits were provided. There was also a tour guide, Mr Khairy, who is very friendly and informative. Excellent! 👍👍👍Definitely will use luxury coach in future.

Took this bus from KL to Singapore. Pickup point was at the Federal Hotel KL. There were no office nor there were any attendent to ask queries. Security personnel from the hotel confirmed it was the pick up point for us. Bus arrived 30min later than stated timing. Immediate embarkation and departure to Singapore. Abt 2.5hours later theres a mini pit stop at Yong Peng for about 15mins. Traffic was ok and arrived in destination after 6.5 hours in total. There were 1 driver and 1 attendent who will do the communication to keep us informed the trip details. A single plain bottled water was given. Theres no TV, wifi or toilets. However, for the price point, none of these were expected so its ok. Overall satisfactory journey. I arrived in one piece. Point to improve is probably having a more suitable pick up point in the future.

On my recent travel to Malacca (from Singapore) I ended up leaving my passport wallet in the bus and I can't thank Luxury Coach enough for how sincere they were to make sure it was returned the very next day with all items intact. The staff handling the company's Whatsapp number responded immediately to help resolve the issue. Special thanks to bus driver Durai and the bus guide Poh Chee. The bus ride experience was by itself excellent. The bus was on time at the pickup point. Very clean bus and super comfortable seats. The guide was an added bonus. Poh Chee shared the history and many details about Malacca which we were not aware of and it added to the overall experience.

First time using this coach service. Very clean and nice smelling bus. Professional service, clear instructions, punctual timings. No food and drinks (coz strong smelling). On my trip, there was an accident. Driver skilfully took an alternative route, avoiding the potential jam. There were no unnecessary stops so we arrived on time. Some sounds here and there (like my 15yo bug) but overall experience was good. Definitely recommending it to my family and friends.

I booked the bus for 6:45 am bound to Malacca overslept and miss it but the helpful and pleasant Ms Elaine help me to board other one of thier buses. The driver Mr.Nazrin and Mr.Durai are very nice.The bus guide are very helpful too as she brief us how to navigate the city and drop us to the best location to see all the attraction without difficulties Thanks to them we enjoy our day trip to Malacca. The bus is so clean,spacious we have a pleasant journey and i highly recommended thier services,and i personally will booked another trip with them.

Booked an online round trip on Luxury Coach from SG to Meleka. Here's the hits and misses: 1) easy online booking 2) the customer service Kammy is super helpful and friendly. I had booked to be picked up at bugis stop but she advised the orchard one would be a better stop for us and helped changed the tickets and sent to me via WhatsApp. 3) from Sg, bus arrived at pick up point on time. The bus was from luxury coach and each seats super spacious and clean. 4) from Malaysian customs, a guide named Leong would accompany us until we got dropped off at our meleka hotel. Very professional and it was surprise to me that a guide was included to go with us. 5) Stop at Yong Peng was welcome to have a quick bite and toilet break. 6) From Meleka back to Sg, bus supposed to be at pickup point at 1.30pm, was told to meet earlier at 1pm for registration. The bus arrived around 1.45 or 2.. There was a missing passenger who ended up a no show and we waited for him to show up, more delay time. It's strange the office allowed the booking to only have email address and the tour guide couldn't call the passenger to find out his whereabouts. 7) Bus assigned was not a luxury coach, was told there was a rugby match and all the luxury coaches were deployed to KL. I'm sure the matches were not a spur of the moment events, it could have been better to inform us when making the booking. The bus was not as comfortable. There was no WiFi on this bus. Tour guide accompanied us until we reached Malaysian customs. 8) Both trips the drivers were very professional and drive safe.

im used to coach services being nothing more than a janky ride across the border, with a captain who is cordial at best, rude and screaming at worst. this ride was different. captain is incredibly polite in his mannerisms and clear in his instructions. the coach looks (and smells) incredibly new and well-furnished. veneered floor, plush leather seats, varnished armrests etc. what a step up in experience.

Smooth bus ride. Clean and comfy. Free WiFi once in Malaysia. There was a hold up at Msia custom, due to passenger visa. Driver was quick to action and let us board another bus from same company going to melaka. Otherwise we would need to wait very long. Good job on being proactive. 1 stop near yongpeng. Bottled drink is provided. Guide give some intro on melaka. Overall good experience.

Superb customer service! Gave clear instructions about the trip (KL to SG) and pick up point. They reply fast to your inquiries. Bus came 40 mins late due to the traffic (it was the last day of Chinese new year) and we reached SG very late too due to heavy traffic . its understandable but it caused us to miss the flight we were supposed to take from SG. In terms of the bus itself, it’s really clean and well maintained. No food and drinks allowed. They also have a good WiFi connection and a friendly guide where you can ask questions. For some reasons, I don’t find the seat comfy comparing to other buses and lastly, me and my family really felt nauseous during this trip since we cannot sleep. Driver kept pressing accelerator then brake. I don’t know if it’s because of the traffic but yeah. Overall, good experience .

Overall, good experience from KL to SG. Bus was abit late 15 mins, as we were at the last pick up point. The bus had 2 staff - the driver and a host. The host was very informative, gave us stickers so we can be identified at the immigration, informed us of the timing and status of the journey. Best part of this bus service - strong stable wifi throughout! Seats were quite comfortable.

Easy to buy tickets from Singapore to Malacca, relatively easy to find the check in and boarding areas. The bus was on time, very comfortable, and nice air conditioning. There are a limited number of drop off points to choose from, but they accomodated everyone on the coach and dropped each of us at the hotel we were staying at. The guide who joined us in Malaysia provided some good information about where to go and what things were typically Malaysian and thus should be experienced. The only negative is that at the quick stop all of the passengers were back by the appointed time, but we had to wait an additional 7 minutes for the driver and guide to get back. Overall, a great experience.

Traveled from SG to Melaka on 31 Oct morning. The driver and lady guide was friendly and helpful. There was complimentary wifi provided in the bus and the connection was awesome as my wifi router was not working well on the road. Currently on the bus PC9633 to Malacca. Everything is pleasant, the Chirpy bus driver and the tour leader. They will even drop us nearby our hotel in Malacca and also, rearranged pick up at the place closer to our hotel during departure. Seats are clean n comfy. No complaints, thumbs up.

Use to be departed 8am direct from Concorde hotel near orchard plaza to tuas checkpoint, now it's goes multiple locations b4 going checkpoint n instead of 8am now is 7pm. Worst stopover is jurong east narrow venture Ave, other than coaches there many worker buses,lorries n at time very bad traffic jam.

Great bus journey from Singapore to Malacca. Took the quick route across the border and no problems crossing. The ride was really smooth and the driver and conductor were friendly. Good drop off in Malacca.

Amazing service! Free wifi on the coach, small TV screen on the back of each seat for entertainment, cushy seats with a lot of leg room and ample of space for bags. Guide was also very thoughtful and took time to understand our travel plans to see if the bus can drop us off someplace nearer to our accommodations

Leather seats comfortable, bus clean, sleek look, driving smooth & careful, smooth clear info. Counter staff courteous efficient in handling enquiries. Bus captain esp. Mr Kho helpful & always with a ready big smile. Worth the xtra $$ spent vs. other co.
