Joined 10D Zhang JiaJie trip and it was a fun and amazing experience for me. The food was good and the itinerary well planned, without much travelling on the road and compulsory shopping stops as well. Kudos to both Claire our local tour guide and Ah Biao, our tour guide from China. Both were patient and kind hearted with alot of compassion for the oldies. Will definitely travel with New Star again and recommend to friends as well

The beautiful scenery of Zhang Jia Jie is led by the local tour guide 覃子豪 Tan Zihao with good planning, and the local tour guide is knowledgeable who is also able to say a few simple English words to make his Singapore and Malaysia customers happy. Well done! 👍

I just came back from a 25 days South American Tour conducted by New Star Travel. The itinerary was very well thought through and planned. The pace was leisurely, very seldom we had to wake up at an unearthly to start the day's programme. All that were promised in the itinerary were fulfilled. The tour leader was very attentive to our needs, especially for me who has just passed 80 years. I am very happy that I could climbed Machu Picchu at my age. I had a very enjoyable time . I would highly recommend this company for the South American Tour.

I was one of those who joined the New Silk Route 14 day tour from 9 Sept to 24th Sept 2024.I am totally satisfied with the tour, perfectly enjoying the sights and scene. Our tour leader who is relatively young has been able to handle a number of unfortunate incidents arising from unreasonable demands from some group members such as tour seating arrangement, hotel rooms allocations, food and drink choices and with threats that if services is no good will not entertain the recommended tips. The tour has been highly educational both in history and geography. A lot has been learned about the local cultures and it was a really good experience driving through deserts and scenic mountains. If not for the ugly incidents created by some unruly, noisy and anti social individuals this tour would have scored 100%. We really appreciate the efforts put in by our Singapore tour leader and the two local guides from Lanzhou and Xinjiang. A tour of this nature is not easy to organise, requiring good coordinations and actions. Ideally the tour should start with all participants as a group and return as a group. Unfortunately our return is broken into 3 groups on different time and flights. Imagine the pressure and stress on the tour leader who has to be super careful with the coordination and control. Our Singapore tour leader (Carmen San) has done a super good job. Despite the challenges she face she always carries a very warm, caring and confident smile.

Enjoyed the 14 days silk road trip from 9-24 Sept with New Star, hosted/lead by Carmen San. Carmen is a caring person, cheerful, sincere and provide good services to all 32 members of this trip. There were many challenges during this trip, and she has to deal with very difficult and demanding customers, but she remains calm & cheerful to overcome these obstacles. I would like to thank her for taking care of us.

What a fun trip to South America from 9/10 to 2/11/24 (plus a one-day trip to Paris). Although it was a 25-day trip, it seemed very hard. In fact, our trip was well planned and we had enough time. rest. We also have a very considerate Singapore tour leader (Steven), a friendly tour guide (Jose) who accompanied us all the way in South America, and some professional tour guides from different regions who took good care of us. This is the first time that my daughter and I have participated in the 25-day trip to South America (a total of 20 people in the team) of Xinxing Hotel. I have participated in countless other travel agency trips before, but I could not experience the comfort this time. The feeling of leisure, harmony and fun together is also due to the careful arrangement of the trip, accommodation and meals by the owner of Xinxing Hotel, Mr. Steven Gao, which are also famous local attractions, hotels and restaurants. He also hired an excellent tour guide Mr. Jose who is proficient in Mandarin, English and local languages. He is a very amiable and responsible person who can get along well with guests, whether they are old or young. Joy goes all the way. Every time I saw the advertisement given by his supporters, I liked it very much, so I participated in the trip to Ba Na Mountain. There were 58 people in total, including 59 general managers. I met many group members during the trip. Many group members have been following his group. A few group members decided to go from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. I admire them because (Xinxing Travel) is really good and takes good care of their group members, so I also decided to join his tour group.
