A. A. A. K.Alhamdulillah a great experience and journey filled with good times and trials and tribulation. Food at Makkah was slightly mundane with it everyday being the almost similar but food at madinah was superb especially the kunafa and the Om Ali. Desserts all around was very nice. Asatizah undangan was the best. Our group was small so it felt very personal and warm. Hotels was not so far from the mosque only 5-10mins walk. Raudhah visit was amazing and smooth. The whole trip was smooth.
Things to improve would be adding Jabal Nur visit as must as it’s important to the history. Add a visit to the Biography of Rasulullah ﷺ museum to the package as i went individually with some of the jamaah and it was a great experience.
But overall would recommend Sunny Island to my friends and fam as it was a good journey especially having a mutawwif from SG. Alhamdulillah ala kulli hal💚
n. j.Alhamdullilah! Sunny Island as a tour agency was very responsive and efficient. The agency also picked hotels that we were walking distance from both mosques in Mecca and Medinah, which really facilitated daily prayer sessions. Both our Ustaz, Ustaz Hakeem and Ustaz Isa demonstrated care and concern to everyone’s needs throughout the trip. Overall, a wonderful experience for our family.
N. A.My family and I just got back from our Umrah trip (31 Aug – 8 Sep 2024) with Sunny Island Travel & Tours, and we’re really happy with how everything went. The spiritual guidance, comfy accommodation, and smooth planning all made it a great experience.
We’re especially thankful to Ustaz Zulqarnain, who was friendly, patient, and guided us throughout the trip. His recitations were clear, and he was always there to answer any questions we had. We also appreciate the other asatizah who helped us get ready before the trip.
Overall, it was a well-organised and spiritually fulfilling journey.
A. A. A.Well organised tour. The trip to Taif is especially eye opener. My first trip there. The hotel food is good. Except the hotel in Mecca do not provide coffee for lunch and dinner, only for breakfast. I think even instant coffee is sufficient.
N. T.Alhamdullilah. The Umrah tour was very organised and well planned. All the Ustazs are friendly and helpful. Guide us all along the Tawafs and Sais. The staff are helpful. The food and hotel are very good.

K. S.I spent some time shortlisting travel agents to fit my needs and found Sunny Island Travel and Tours (SITT) to check all the boxes. I was looking for a short trip since I just started a new job and my annual leave is quite limited. So when I chanced upon their itinerary I was very pleased because no.1, in my search for a suitable package, i have not come across 1 that offers <10days trip except for SITT and no.2, the itinerary was perfect because the plan was to reach SIN on Nov 11th, Saturday, where the following day (Sunday) is Deepavali and the day after that (Monday) is a Public Holiday. So, yay to extra rest day without burning my annual leave! No. 3, it was a non peak season and the package was affordable!
The transactions/processes from start to finish were really smooth ( initial enquiry>> payment >> courses >> questions and answers >> the pre-trip >> the trip itself >> post trip). Staff were kind, warm and patient and on the trip itself, Ust Dr Firdaus Yahya, the main tour lead for our group were very generous with imparting his knowledge on to us, surprisingly patient with each and every single one of us the jemaah, with our antics and questions and requests and last minute change in requests, especially considering how compact out itinerary was. To paint you a picture, we spent 1 day in Madinah on Nov 5th, then off to Mecca the next day. We reached Mecca the night of 6th Nov, and left Mecca on the noon of 10th Nov. In between, ust brought us to some historical sites where I get to listen and learn some interesting history that i never knew of.
I went with my hubby and we have no complaints or whatsoever. The hotels we stayed were nice ( i love the one in Madinah, Frontel Al Harithia Hotel) and we were never left hungry bcz the package included breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Bottomline, I couldnt recommend Sunny Island Travel and Tours enough. I am already planning for my next umrah trip with them, this time, the non-compact itinerary. Need to kumpul my AL and money and insyaAllah, visit with my parents this time.
A special thanks to Ustzh Fatini and the admins for answering all my questions pre-trip via whatsapp and f2f and of course Ustz Dr Firdaus and Ustzh Habsah for the amazing umrah experience. I and my wife were very grateful to ustaz Hakeem who try to accommodate my wife ( seafood free ) diet.
We were grateful to both ustaz for guiding us throughout our ibadah for umrah and ziarah.
Free time given to us for our personal ibadah is also much appreciated as the schedule is just right.
Hotel location and food provided were good and satisfying.
Hopefully we and the other jemaah will be granted umrah mabrur. Aamiin.

a.Alhamdulillah for the experience with sunny island. Not the first time travelling with them - previously to turkey & just recently for umrah. The schedule has a great balance of activities as well as free days which can be used to rest or for us to perform our own ibadah.
It would be great if you could also include the places we will be going for ziarah in detail so that we can plan where to go on our own on the free days.
Other than that, everything was smooth from the start till the end. Our mutawwif ustaz Syed Mustafa would be quick to clear our doubts as well as fulfil some requests we had. He would also include some spiritual aspects that we can learn from and continue to practice even when we're back home. Thank you Ustaz & Sunny Island team!

A good pilgrimage experience to Taif.
Only the food at Hotel Moven Pick was a bit disappointing.
Traveling to Madina by speed train is a new experience for me personally.
Programs in Madina and a visit to the best Rasulullah SAW Museum.
Pilgrimage to Raudah is better than previous years. Alhamdulillah more systematic.
This time we were also able to stay longer in Medina.. Alhamdulillah.
Overall, I am personally satisfied with our Umrah journey.
