Brought my kitten, Mauzza for diarrhoea & vomiting as he has feline coronavirus. My kitten was hospitalised for 2 nights. Daily updates from doctor was very detailed and precise. It’s never enough of thanking Dr Spencer Tan and his team for their ultimate excellence care on our pup Nie Nie whom came with a bad wound above her eye. A little pup is definitely difficult to handle but with their professionalism, it makes us feel safe to hand over and less worries when we know she had to be hospitalised. Dr Spencer and Dr Ng had updated us twice daily during their shift and the updates / explanation are clear for us to understand. We are happy that we chose the right clinic for Nienie’s treatment as we saw how Dr Spencer and other doctors truly care and love towards their patients that walks through their door. Not forgetting, all doctors and nurses are kind, friendly and ensure that they answer all the question that owners asked. Thank you so much and greatly appreciate to each and everyone of you for the care and love towards Nienie!

Our family's dog, YY, performed a blood transfusion at Westside Emergency. We chose to transfer her from Westside to Advancevetcare in Bedok after serious consideration. To be honest, the prices at Westside are somewhat exorbitant. In order to cover the long-term medical expenses for our family dog. We chose to move her to Advancevetcare's Bedok branch. We are fortunate that they can take on our YY case. YY was hospitalised for ten days after being moved to Advancevetcare. They updated YY situation every morning. The staff were courteous and polite there, especially Ms Nancy, who is very patient when explaining the hospital charges to us so that we have a better knowledge of the charges. Mr Justin Teo, a vet, is someone I must acknowledge. He is really knowledgeable and helped us better comprehend YY problem. He’s very good 👍. Once again, thank you for the great service and support given to our family during the tough times.

I would like to express my utmost thanks to Dr Adelle Ho, Dr Chloe Pang, and all the vets/vet techs/nurses/staff at Advanced VetCare. My cat Lilou received quality care during her time here from the staff at the clinic. She was hospitalised for 2 nights and as an anxious helicopter mum, I was extremely worried about her but Advanced VetCare was so communicative and patient with me. They called me twice a day to give me updates about her, and also kindly gave me updates whenever I called to ask about her on top of the 2 daily updates I already get (sorry about it!). Whenever I came to visit her, we were given a private room to have quality time with her. I couldn’t ask for more. I could feel the care and concern the staff had for not just Lilou, but also for the humans. They were knowledgeable and patient with my questions. They are also well equipped with everything Lilou needed to get better. The clinic is also spanking new and super clean. I also felt that the staff had great positive energy and that they clearly enjoy working there! All in all, I really felt that she was in good hands. She’s still on her road to recovery but I am really grateful to have found a partner to help her along with that. Big big thank you!!!

Thank you for attending to my pet bird on 18/07/2024. Initially I was quite skeptical about this clinic due to the negative reviews but everything went well for my bird, Ruby. The female doctor was good in her diagnosis and observation. The medication saved my bird and now she's fully recovered. Finally wrote this review as I forgot to do so on the day itself... However, I'm not sure why they delayed my appointment by 32 minutes. My appointment was 3.30pm but doctor/receptionist called for us at 4.02pm. But nonetheless, everyone was nice so I don't take it to heart. Just hope they can improve on that small flaw. Ruby and I thank you for the service! 🐦

We have to send our dog Kiki to the 24hr Vet due to severe breathing condition. The experience with the vet was good and vet explained clearly on the condition. The receptionist is also very professional. Kiki was well taken care of during the hospitalization period.

We are very grateful for the care Advanced Vetcare Bedok provided for our Japanese spitz dog Snuffy. Snuffy who is only 6yo was diagnosed with perineal hernia by our vet in Punggol following a bout of allergies and diarrhea. We were advised to bring him to an animal hospital as hernia repair is complex and requires a specialized vet surgeon. We turned to our FB group "Japanese Spitz Group Singapore" for recommendations and a number of paw parents with the same experience highly recommended Dr Nick Woo of Advanced VetCare. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in getting information and got us the earliest checkup slot. I was advised to fast Snuffy in case he can go for surgery with in that day. Dr Nick is very professional and very patient in explaining how the hernia repair will be done on his left side. He is very calm amidst the busyness of this clinic and assured me that he will do his best. Snuffy went for hernia repair, dental cleaning, and castration all in one GA. He spent one night at the vet and came home the next day. He recovered well and stitches were taken out after 14 days. He had an itchy hot spot on his tail even before the surgery. During his recovery he was very obsessed with this hot spot. Unfortunately and maybe due to the stress of the hotspot he was straining again and on the 15th day he couldn’t pee or poop. I quickly messaged the clinic's whatsapp number together with a video of him trying very hard to pee without success. The staff replied quickly that if he cannot pee I need to bring him in immediately to get checked. Dr Nick confirmed that the case is urgent and on diagnosis he said his right side has now herniated and the bladder has moved into that space causing him not to pee. He was immediately placed on catheter and surgery was done by Dr Nick that afternoon. This second surgery was more complex than the first as a muscle needed to be taken out from his left leg. The muscle used to patch the left side hernia was from somewhere in his pelvis. Snuffy was hospitalised for 5 days, a far too long time for a dog who never been apart from his home for more than a day. It was very stressful for us but we were assured that there is a good team looking out for him and being in the hospital is the best option for his fast recovery. An on duty vet gave us morning and evening update on his status. We visited him everyday at the clinic and even the vet tech / nurses were able to provide us updates on what shenanigans the naughty dog was up to. Vet also asked for details as to help him be more comfortable as they noticed he does not want to poo/pee inside. On our first visit Snuffy was crying and whining when we left and he was also obviously still in pain. But on the third night, Dr Ng took him to go inside and like old pals he happily followed him without even looking back. The clinic can get very busy especially when there are a lot of emergency cases as we've witnessed a few times but the staff try their best to accommodate patients and visitors alike. It is a good thing the new clinic is more spacious with lots of sitting outside - great for reactive and noisy dogs like Snuffy. There is a good amount of grassy patches around the area for your dog to do business in. It is also fairly easy to get a taxi or grab pet from this location. Snuffy has recovered further at home and went back to the clinic on the 27th day to remove his stitches. We thank Dr Nick and his team for giving him the best chance for a longer and healthier life.

Was referred to Advanced Vetcare as my regular vet dont do xray or surgery. My regular vet called them and they were ready to receive my injured cat immediately. My cat ‘ Goosie ‘ came in due to a hip fracture and cuts fr a cat fight on the 20 Dec. He was taken care of by DR Ng who was calm and assuring . Suggested a night stay and surgery the next day . Dr Nic personally rang to explain the procedure to me . Really assuring and appreciate that . Surgery was done successfully by Dr Nic. Surgical wound healed beautifully . Unfortunately , Goose came down with an infection fr a cut fr the cat fight. We were very distraught by it as he was really suffering in pain. Brought him in and Dr Chloe did a thorough job cleaning it up . He really perked up after the visit with antibiotics etc. I was upset as I felt it could had been handled better with antibiotics given straight up before the infection . Amanda , the clinical manager was very patient with my complain and not only did she listened but she followed through and responded back to us . She looked into the case , clarified and took time to explained to us . I am very pleased with her diligence. She had reinstated our trust in Advance care. Thanks to Dr Ng, Dr Nic , Dr Chloe and Amanda . Cluedo to the passion and care for our furry family .

My puppy broke her ankle on a Friday night and Dr. Nick managed to perform surgery on her immediately on Saturday. Dr. Nick was incredibly patient, friendly, explained to us with drawings and pictures what happened, what the risks were and how much it would cost. The nurses also were very kind and patient. The follow up visits were also a really good experience with bandage changes and final x-ray and review. Pricing wise it's about the same as most other vets with no shenanigans. We are grateful our puppy managed to get such good health care with AVC.

My girl who is coming to 12 was diagnosed with mammary carcinoma. It had a huge lump growth on the lower abdomen 12cm in diameter. CT scan also revealed a growth in the spleen. Dr Nic Woo was the 3rd opinion that I sought. He explained concisely to me what the diagnosis meant and the recommended treatment plan he had in details. advance vet bedok is my go-to. 2 years ago, my cockatiel broke his leg. advance vet casted his tiny leg and he got all better. i brought my ragdoll to see Dr Spencer for ear infection. he quickly tested and checked that she had yeast infection in her ears. he taught me how to clean a cat's ears and voila, her ears recovered in no time. today, i brought my african grey for microchipping. he was so patient towards our super nervous parrot. he explained the procedure breaking down into tiny details. the procedure was done within 30mins and our parrot was whistling like nothing happened. now that we are home, hes sleeping on his perch now. thank you Dr Spencer! btw, he is also a koi/fish enthusiast! i would recommend advance vet also because the clinic assistants, nurses are friendly, helpful and always cheerful. i understand that working in such fast paced environment could trigger some frustrations among employees and clients. but they are always pleasant and patient. kudos to the team. oh ya, they moved to a larger clinic space just a few units up the street. lovely place, more conducive and we can now enjoy the aircon while waiting for our turn. thank you advance vet for your care of our pets again!

Not only are the counter staff and veterinarians extremely professional and knowledgeable with their trade, they're some of the most polite medical staff I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Special shout out to Nancy and the staff at Bedok branch for taking a look at my overly dramatic cat, who was in fact in good health but can feign dying extremely well! Our golden doodle, Snowy, got into an unfortunate accident sometime last year (2021) and the team at Advanced VetCare helped her out of the critical condition she was in, and today she can run and jump (almost like she used to). Great vet clinic to go to at the East side! Open for 24h, I came here on an emergency when my dog broke her leg & they took care of her well despite us coming at midnight. Dr. Nick and his team performed two Luxating Patella surgeries on my dog Bella a few months ago, my Bella is recovering very well and this made me so happy. Not my usual vet as it was a Sunday evening & my pooch had swallowed some bones (utterly silly humans) plus was dry heaving badly. Was initially told that it would be a 4 hour wait to see the vet but Dr Adelle Ho was kind enough to see us in between her scheduled appointments as we were worried he would need emergency care. So far I have pleasant experience here. Always very pleased with the service💯 The clinic look very nice and bright and outside space has fans so it’s not hot but chill and nice. So I don’t feel too hot while I sat there and wait for my dog. My dog maple was recommended here for endoscope and I consulted dr yvette? I think that’s her name, sorry I can’t remember but anyways I’m also pleased with her service. She was explaining and going through details with me for maple. She recommended surgery for maple but I rejected because I just wanted to know what is in her stomach first then I can think of what to do with my usual vet as Bedok is very far for me, but I took her advice and will covey to my vet at Kin vet. So thank you for that. Anyways, I’m so glad maple was fine in the end because I was so worried about the GA as I heard many complications but I was just overly paranoid. Overall, I’m happy with the service. Even when I called to book appointment everyone has been nice. Keep it up 👍

The doctors here are experienced, helpful and friendly. I've been under Dr Nic and Dr Nam, both of whom are patient even though they have many patients at hand. They're able to answer my questions about my cat, being a new cat mommy. I'm also so thankful that there's a vet which is available for emergencies. You never know with pets. It was easy to get an appointment for dat day or d next day. Other vets called could not assist and the next appointment would be the following week, which might be too late. My cat was vomiting badly, 9x dat day and still they could not accommodate. But Advanced Veterinary clinic was able to gv me an appt on d next day in d morning. Thank you so much AVC😊

Commendable service by the team of doctors and nurses at Advanced VetCare. Last week I brought my rabbit for urinary issues and they took excellent care of her. The staff is very dedicated and friendly. I received updates of my rabbit twice daily. Doctor Gordon service was remarkable. He went the extra mile to take care of my pet and made sure she recovered well. He is a very passionate and dedicated doctor. I felt at ease leaving my precious rabbit in the clinic cos I knew she was in his good care. Upon discharge, he took the extra effort to design a care sheet on daily care for my rabbit so that the same issues don’t arise and explained the post operative care throughly.

Dog’s bone surgery by Dr Nick Woo went well. Was quoted $5k for surgery by vet. Ended paying $6k+ for lots of extra things like one-off rehabilitation which was not necessary (did not ask if I wanted it). If you dog recently received blood test before an anesthesia, there’s also no need for the clinic to test again. The X-ray here is also very expensive. Some staff at the reception don’t seem knowledgeable. Don’t be afraid to always ask and check each individual item being charged by veterinary clinics to assess if it’s absolutely needed. Update in response to the clinic’s response: Yes I was given some estimates, but the actual bill included more things which were not communicated to me during check in and this accounted for the additional $1k+. I’m encouraging people to always clarify and ask if every procedure suggested by the clinic is absolutely necessary. Staff at clinic are not always knowledgeable or they may not know if your dog has received similar procedure at another clinic so it’s always good to clarify. Advanced is so popular now the clinic appears to have less bandwidth for service, everything feels rushed and communication is less than ideal.

Unfortunately I only discovered this good clinic only on the last day of my dog. the staff was prompt to take my appointment. The vet was very frank and clear with his assessment of my pet's condition. They allowed our family the time to make choices. I appreciate the professionalism shown by the vet Dr. Lau and the staff serving at the counter. My pet was critically ill when I arrived at the clinic. They made the process as caring as possible. I thank the vet and staff for their courteous professionalism.

Advanced Vet Care deserves much more than 5 stars rating. I was so worried and helpless when my cat was unable to eat and drink water for 4 days. It was fully booked during weekend but the reception staff was very helpful in finding available slot. Dr. Kan Ka Yan treated my cat professionally and also eased my anxiety. My cat recovered sooner than I expected and the bill was not even half of what I paid for the other clinic on the previous day. Thank you again😻
