I have been taking my cats to the clinic for a while now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care they receive. Dr. Brandon is incredibly kind and caring towards my furry companions, always handling them with the utmost gentleness and compassion. He also takes the time to answer all my questions and ensures I fully understand my cats' health and treatment options. The clinic staff and assistants are always friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and stress-free environment for both pets and their owners. It's clear that everyone at the clinic genuinely cares about the animals they treat.

Amazing service, they will go out of their way for you and your pet. The vets are very good, caring, and gentle with my furbaby. I have now moved to London and they still help with updating microchip details. And having seen a vet in London - by comparison- the vets at Animal World are way better. I would give six stars

I've been sending my dog's to the clinic foe regular checkup for 8 years. Dr. Nally is very helpful, my dog has skin issues. Following her advice, my dog's skin condition has improved a lot! Ms Sunny is very kind, giving me very reasonable price. Thank you.

Shout out to Dr Nally and her team, they displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and expertise. They took the time to thoroughly examine my puppy Kai, patiently addressing all of my concerns and answering any questions I had. Their knowledge and attention to detail were truly impressive. This is my 2nd review - 6 Sept 2022. Really need to update because Dr Daniel, Ms Sunny and the staffs at animal world really help me so much for this visit. My xiaozhu was so sick, x-ray shown he got water in the lungs and heart. His condition was really very bad and may not pull through the night. But thank you so much for everyone in Animal World, for giving me the support and everything needed to help me with my Xiaozhu. And now my Xiaozhu has pulled through and he is feeling so much better! No words of gratitude can express my thanks for them enough. Without them, I think I would have lost my Xiaozhu. I'm really very grateful that my Xiaozhu was given a 2nd chance in his life despite he is already 15 years old. A big thumbs up for everyone at Animal World. Highly recommended! Dr Averyl and the staffs here are very friendly and helpful. Dr Averyl is very caring and patience. She will always patiently clears my doubt with my dog. The price here is also reasonable. Highly recommended.

I would like to thanks Dr Brandon, Dr Elango, Sunny and the rest of the staffs in Animal World Veterinary Clinic for their love and care towards my late dog, Sushi from her very first visit till the day she passed on in the clinic. The vets had been very patient towards my queries and had carefully checked and examined Sushi when she went for her Cartrophen injections (I strongly recommended for senior dogs). I am glad this injection was introduced to Sushi that she had enjoyed all her strolls in the park for a month before she left us. And thank you for everyone's understanding and patience by giving my family and I ample time of farewell session with Sushi on the day she passed away in the clinic due to old age. Thank you again, Dr Brandon, Dr Elango, Sunny and the rest of the angels from Animal World Veterinary Clinic.

I just thank Dr Brandon and his team for treating my dog with care when she vommited blood about 3-4 weeks back. As well as managing two very anxious parents to talk to them about the right course of action to take Chloe has recovered, and so Dr Brandon's advice and diagnosis was therefore correct and truthful. I'll just take a chance on him, and write this review that I believe to be accurate.

Dr. Nally was extremely patient and professional with my dog who recently had a very unpleasant experience at another clinic. My doggo was hyper sensitive in that situation but Dr. Nally remained extremely calm in dealing with the situation and was very gentle and guided me in helping to make my dog feel more at ease. Have seen several vets before but Dr. Nally is definitely one of the best I've met. It really feels like she genuinely cares about not just my experience but my doggo's one as well. I'm definitely following Dr. Nally for all future consultations from now on.

Dr Brandon and his team has been really helpful and caring towards my sick dog, going through the extra mile with his expertise to administer a proper treatment while taking into account the situation and the risks. It was a simple procedure which the other vets we went to didn’t want to do, citing reasons perhaps due to lack of manpower and it being a peak weekend. It was an immediate relief from the pain and discomfort for Bailey and she went on to recover well on her own after that. Thank you once again for going the extra mile.

I would like to give big thanks to Animal World Vet Clinic, The clinic staffs are very helpful and caring. Im so grateful for the professional services they provided to this poor rescued dog, and saved his life! I especially want to thank Dr Brandon. The dog grew a huge tumor which is cancer, he was suffering. Dr Brandon with good surgery skill and compassionate care, he did such an amazing job to remove the huge tumor and help the dog got back his good health and life. As you can see from the photos, before and after surgery, the dog looks so different and so much healthier. Thank you Dr Brandon and thank you Animal World.

Generally, I have no issues with the Vet. I'm lucky to be assigned to a good vet. Only thing for pet owners to take note of is, this clinic charges $54 for medical report! I was shocked when I learnt that they charge !!! And even so, at such a high price !!! Because the clinic that I usually visit, do NOT charge for medical report at all! The only reason why I didn't go back to the usual clinic was because it's closed on Sundays & my pet happened to need medical assistance on Sunday. Other than the $54 chargeable medical report, I'm generally okay with the clinic and vet.

Extremely recommend this vet clinic! My kitten fractured her femur and had to go for surgery. As a new pa(w)rent, I was extremely lost and I didn't know what to do. At first, I went to a 24hrs clinic and they charged me $1k+ for just the xrays and few painkiller jabs and subsequently, they quoted around 5-6k for the surgery. I was so devastated as I knew I couldn't afford it and I started calling other vets, which also quoted me around the same price. However, Pearlyn at Animal World told me that I could try asking my vet for alternative options as $5-6K was really not within my means. The next day, Sunny, from Animal World Vet called me to work on a plan which was favourable to me as it was suitable for my budget. I am extremely thankful for Dr Brandon and Dr Phillipa for agreeing to do the surgery my on kitten. Honestly, I'm so grateful for the humanity and kindness shown by the Animal World Vet Clinic team and I would recommend this place to everyone as they are extremely sincere and genuine people, who really will do their best to save your pet.

Have been sending my husky since young to AWVC for vaccination, check-up, blood tests, spay surgery. Love their patience, caring hearts and low stress handling attittude towards the dogs. Dr Brandon and his team never fail to slowly explain and address to my 101 questions each time and I am really grateful to each and every one of them for watching over my girl. Really nice to also see that they love what they are doing! Bravo job and keep it up, guys!

They were fantastic. Actually beyond fantastic. Superhumans! The entire team there were really compassionate and did all they could to help reduce my worry and help my pet! I've been to a few different vet clinics but i've never meet a team so humorous and wonderful! They are a superb group of humans. Responsible and caring. Not only do they care for your pets, they care for the owners too! Best people around!!! You will not regret your visit there! Although i've never engaged their other services, i saw that they provide acupuncture and related services!!! Its really a great place!

I would like to express my special thanks to Dr. Brandon. He is a caring and empathetic doctor. In January this year, my dog ​​was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. Dr. Brandon performed the surgery on him and told us if there was any metastasis. What should I do? It was very unfortunate that the tumor metastasized to other parts of the body in September. Brandon The doctor honestly told us that there is no need to do other treatments, because the surgery will only make my dog ​​more painful. He asked me to take him home and give him the food he likes to eat and spend more time with him. The only way to do that is to let him go. Good luck, my dog ​​is very lucky to have such a good doctor, so that he does not have to suffer other pains. I sincerely thank Dr. Brandon.
