Sent both my cats to stay at B’catz for 6 days. Due to my flight’s timing B’catz allowed me to check in my cats earlier without additional charges. The peeps at B’catz took really good care of my cats. I could watch my cats 24/7 over the CCTV which was 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼Will definitely come back again.

It’s been a while since we went for a vacation overseas and as pawrents, we want the best care for our kitties. Stumble upon B’Catz Cribs and other cat hotels on social media. We had shortlisted some of the pet hotels and went on to recce the environment. Was impressed with B’Catz Cribs cleanliness and the security placed. With a little fee, they are able to provide 24 hours access to CCTV. This has brought great peace of mind for pawrents to monitor how our kitties are doing during our vacation. Check in and check out process was a breeze. B’catz Cribs team had taken the time to understand my kitties needs and provide all the care and attention required. Most important of all, my kitties had a pawsome time during their stay. Thank you B’Catz Cribs team!

We left our 2 furry pets under the care of Aziz and his team whilst we were away for June holiday. The in-house CCTV gives us a peace of mind as we get to view them from wherever we are. The large space area, the care, daily pats and scratches help our cats to settle in and adjust to being away from us. We also receive regular updates of our pets’ well-being. Another thing worth mentioning is the one-stop service with B’smiley for grooming. It is indeed a seamless process. Thank you Aziz (and your team). You guys are simply amazing!

It was my first time to be separated with my cat (Archie) so both of us very nervous and I have very high separation anxiety. I choose BCatz Cribs because they have bigger suite room so Archie will have bigger space and not stuck in a small box. On first and second day Archie was still adjusting and he looks scared and didn’t want to eat, I was extremely worried but Aziz and team ensured me that it’s very normal for indoor cat behave like that. On day 3 onwards, Archie started to warm up and he started eat as usual and he even start playing and so clingy with the caretaker. Give me a peace of mind when I was overseas. If you looking for a spacious pet hotel definitely BCatz Cribs will be a great choice and they also provide with daily video update which was very helpful to me as I miss Archie very much. To Aziz and team, thank you again for taking care of Archie, definitely will see you again very soon.

The best cat hotel ever. Staff are all accommodating and friendly. Prices are affordable and services given are tiptop. Try it to believe it. I vouch for their excellent work for both cat parents and the cat itself.
