J. L.I’ve been visiting with my cat Oleng for the past 2 years and all the vets I’ve interacted with so far are really kind - you can tell they genuinely love animals :’)
it’s also quick and easy to make a booking via whatsapp!
c. t.We have been recommended this clinic by a fellow pawrent. Brought our dog Choya here for a dental surgery and her old age + breed was always a concern for us to put her under GA, but Dr Teng had done a similar surgery for our paw-friend so we took the leap of faith. The surgery was really well done, the receptionists and nurses were all very accommodating and friendly. The day after Choya's surgery her pain was quite bad so we rushed her back down for intravenous pain relief and spoke to Dr Teng again who assured us things were looking fine. Recovery wasn't easy as Choya had all her teeth removed at once (imagine the discomfort), refused her antibiotics, then had a bacterial infection on her belly in between (cries). We called/WhatsApped the clinic for advice whilst we all tested positive and couldn't visit personally. They were really helpful albeit online and made it a point to get back to us on the vet's advice. No extra cost for all these help and would like to say that we really appreciate it LOADS :")
Taking into consideration proximity, we will definitely be back here should the need arises, thanks once again so much especially to Dr Teng and all the friendly nurses!

S. H.Dr. Teng & team are very meticulous and caring towards my furkid. My furkid just had her op done 2 days back and she is certainly recovering well. Nice and clean environment. Would definitely recommend friends with pets to give it a try if you would require veterinary services.
My furkid went for her regular teeth scaling and polishing yesterday. Dr. Teng was her attending doctor and I have full trust in him and his team. Upon completion of the procedure. Front desk dropped me a quick update and send some photos of my girl waking up after the procedure.

O. J.On 18 Mar 2019, brought my dog Milo for Neuter surgery. Dr Teng did a good job. Surgery was successful and Milo came out happy and jumping upon seeing my family and I had came to pick up him. They had done the job very professionally. Thanks Dr Teng..
C. W.I travelled from Jakarta to consult with a vet at Barkway concerning filaria. Everyone was so helpful and informative, and the staff really took the time to explain everything to me.
My only complaint was that I travelled by plane to pick up medicine, which was discussed in length by email before my arrival, and no one ever mentioned that the medicine would need to be refrigerated! So I was stuck running about via taxi before my flight trying to get ice and a cool box. That kind of information should be given in advance 😅
C. L.Dr Teng is very a professional and highly qualified Vet. He was able to pin point my Norwich Terrier illness when 2 other vets were unable to accurate address my doggy's issue.
