First visit with my kitten for a general health check, deworm and vaccine. It was a very pleasant experience and the vet Dr. Lynn was very patience while explaining the necessary knowledge for first time cat owner. I love that she didn’t push for any other procedures unless needed and discussed about how blood work can be done when my kitty revisits for neutering to avoid stressing my kitty from being “poke” too many times. All in all, their services are excellent and I will be back for Pudding’s next shot! Thank you Dr Lynn! (: oh and their prices are very reasonable too. ❤️

Dr Rockey is very friendly and patient. He will explain very clearly and easy to understand. First time visit and puppy was already very excited and active, compared to his first visit with another vet. Sterilization process went very smoothly and they printed out the after care steps (so definitely didn't had to worry about forgetting anything),even got a call the next day from them to check up on my puppy to make sure he was ok too. Thank you.

I realised the earlier review due to some misunderstanding and therefore I would like to update it. Actually, after careful observation I found the Doctor and whole team very helpful and hardworking. Even too many clients coming continuously still they trying hard to accommodate them within very little manpower. I am very very satisfied with the Doctor and he like a family Doctor to our pet. From very first appointment almost 3 years back till now he has been very kind and helpful to our pet. His knowledge and approach of treatment extraordinary. Really really appreciate them for their great work which saves many of our lovely pets. Thanks a lot and would like to recommend every pet owner to this clinic.

We were very lucky to find Dr Rockey Fong. Our dog was vomiting and having diarrhea and Dr Fong gave a very clear explanation on his situation and what are the steps to take next. Our subsequent follow up visit was also attended by Dr Rockey, who took the time to explain his diagnosis and gave us some useful advice. Since I moved to Yishun in 2019, for convenience I have changed my cats primary vet care to Genesis Vet and seen by Dr Rockey Fong. Dr Rockey and his team were very patient, helpful and professional. Their charges are also reasonable. Thank you, Dr Rockey and team for your dedication.

My dog consumed half a grape and required immediate attention and treatment to remove the grape. Thank you Dr Rockey and team for taking him in right away (without appointment) and helped him to induce vomiting within an hour. If not, I don’t know what could have happened. Dr Rockey was also very kind and helpful in explaining the treatments needed to be done and how to monitor my dog afterwards. Thankful for the prompt assistance 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My usual neighbourhood vet clinic to bring my winterwhite hamster to. Dr rockery treated both my hamsters well and they liked him, he doesn’t hard sell medicines or surgery that they do not need and went through every concern that I had logically. He was very straightforward and always had their best interests in mind. The vet fees were affordable.

We were lucky to come across this vet clinic and get to know Dr. Cheryl. We now have all our pets to be under her medical care and supervision. Including our friends' and relatives' in which we have recommended them to have Dr. Cheryl check and diagnose their pets whenever there is any health issue. A very gentle and pleasant doctor. Responsible, professional and knowledgeable with what she is doing. Also, not forgetting about all the nurses and staffs too -- they are all very nice, warm, friendly and accommodating. not my first time here, and i always had a very pleasant experience here. Dr Rockey Fong was very meticulous in his work and he left no questions unanswered. He guided us through the sterilization and vaccination procedures to make sure were assured that our babies (cats) were in good hands. Their vet tech Eunice was also very knowledgeable and patient when she was dispensing the meds and collecting payment. The clinic even made a follow up call to see how my cat was doing post sterilised despite them already giving us the post-op instructions. My husband and I were very impressed. Would recommend this vet clinic to anyone who has pets. For sure this will be my go-to clinic when it comes to my cats. Thanks again Dr Rockey and Eunice!

It was our first time visiting the vet and was attended by Dr Cheryl. Indeed, all the staffs were very friendly. My hubby and I were impressed by the dedication and informative the staffs were. Would definitely revisit this clinic for my two furbabies in the future. Highly recommended to all. Its very pleasing to know there is one Great Vet Clinic within our residence. Dr Cheryl has been a blessing to us! Our poor Holland Lop has been battling gut mobility issues for a few months and every time we visit Genesis, Dr Cheryl treats our dear bunny with so much love and care. She always checks in with us on our bunny’s progress and suggests new ways to help us. We highly recommend this vet for any bun parents! Thank you, Dr Cheryl and team!

To be honest, this is the best vet that i could find. They are professional and provides very very good services and after service. They give calls a day after surgery to check on the pets and will answer to your queries. Even if they dont have the answer immediately, they will get back to you asap. I must praise the nurses there for being so hardworking and friendly as well. All 5 of my pets did surgery there and not once was i worried about the after care.

3 stars for wonderful clinic assistants and Dr Rockey Fong. My first time there and Isabelle (clinic asst.) and Dr Fong left a very good impression. Dr Fong was nice, patient, professional and empathetic. 2nd visit - Isabelle was consistently very nice and kind and just being such a sweetheart. Dr Cheryl (forgot her surname) was nice too, but her body language could be learnt from Dr Fong. She appeared not to be so interested in listening well to owner and maybe a bit impatient. But could see that she tried hard. I'm returning to the vet soon coz my kitties are not recovering from their flu. So I will need a further check to be done on them. I hope I will continue to have a good experience with the staff and to have my kitties fully recovered after this visit. It's a bit heart pain to see them sneezing away and having stuffed nose even after their antibiotics have completed (for 1 of them). Keep up with the good work! N thank you! Updated review: I've changed my 3-star to 5-star after a few visits to this vet. Dr Rockey Fong is just amazing. He is much loved. And all the clinic assistants too especially Isabelle. Visited Genesis clinic with our pet dog today and were welcomed by a courteous and friendly staff who took down all the details. Dr. Cheryl Tan attended us who patiently listened to the issue, asked a lot of questions to understand it, checked our pet dog nicely. Kudos to everyone. Keep up the good work as there are very few clinics and doctors who dont really understand and provide correct diagnosis Highly recommend.

Brought my dog here a few weeks ago as he had a bad bout of diarrhoea. I was overall pleased with the staff if the clinic! They were clear and concise with instructions and advice on how to help my doggo onto the road to recovery and patient with us during their explanations. Also, there was actually a thunderstorm going on during the visit, and as this was during the circuit breaker, we were not allowed into the clinic. My dog has a fear of thunder and was scrambling for me to carry him for comfort. When the nurse came out to bring my dog into the clinic, I mentioned this fear to her and I noticed she immediate pet my dog and tried to soothe him. It was a small gesture but it made me feel like my dog was in good hands. Thank you again! I'm happy to say my doggo is happy and healthy:)

My first time to Genesis Veterinary Clinic and was attended by Doctor Rocky. He was very gentle towards my fur baby. I'm happy with the way he handled and checked my cat. Keep it up Genesis Veterinary Team! 😻

My first visit to Genesis VC was around early Jan 2020 when my rabbit was behaving abnormally for that day. I called up to check if visiting slot is available but it was fully booked. The nurse who answered my call was very attentive to check on my pet's condition and convey my concerns to the doctor. They didnt turn away from me and took my pet in. Was discovered that my rabbit had injured his eye and had mild infection. If my rabbit didn't managed to see a doc that day, situation would have been bad the next day. Thank you Dr Cheryl, you saved my rabbit's eye. This clinic is way better in service and medication than the other yishun vet clinic I used to go.
