My cat had an emergency and I was desperately calling 6-7 clinics on a Sunday morning and only Hillside said I can bring my cat in without an appointment, though I will have to wait. The receptionist who answered my call was very understanding and polite. Dr. Pauline Fong is easy-going, gentle, well-experienced and definitely gave me assurances that my cat is in good hands, well taken care of. I have nothing but praises for this clinic.

It's great to see vets who are so excited, passionate and 100% concerned about your pet, as you are. I was recommended here by a fellow cat lover . We'd recently gone back because she had an abscess in her gum that we found on our kitties' annual checkup. Dr D is the best! She is so understanding and gentle and definitely knows her cats. She made sure our baby girl's care came first and kept us updated on her situation. Now our baby girl is recovered, super energetic and affectionate. ❤️

Larger vet clinic than most GP clinics. Clean, bright with friendly staff. The vet was communicative and clear, explaining both the diagnosis and treatment for my dog. Limited free car park at the back but you need to walk to the front entrance by the main road.

Have been to Hillside many times as I have 4 rabbits and also help care for other rabbits. Dr. Ruth Lin has been professional, helpful, and reassuring. She has performed four neuters so far with no complications, and have handled my rabbits well for their vaccinations. My rabbits also seem to be at ease in general after being handled by her. She has conducted herself in a way that leads me to believe that she genuinely cares for the wellbeing of my rabbits. My appointments have been on time and I have not needed to wait for too long for my bookings. Jingle is cute.

Friendly services and experience doctors! Rest assured when you place your pets with them. Doctors will explain and ensure you understand all your enquiries. Big dog run available for your dogs to move about.

A hidden gem! Clean and slick looking interior filled with the ever friendly staff and of cos the professional vets. There aren't many rabbit savvy vets in Singapore but Dr Song is a rare find. She handled my bunnies well, a very knowledgeable and responsible doctor. She called personally to update us on the bunnies' condition right from the initial blood test till the operation. She was also patient in sharing the know-how's on how to manage the bunnies post-op. She even highlighted to us several issues that she picked up during the blood test and the operation and suggested for a follow-up. But there was no hard sell, as she did say it was not major issue.

Dr Simon Quek is a really nice, friendly n experienced vet who treated my cat for his allergy reaction. His diagnosis n treatment plan akso worked v well for my cat. He is always patient n cheerful. No stress for us n my cat when we visited. Clinic has ample of seats and the staff are good too. Will recommend this vet!

Dr Cheryl is the best vet we have never had! She is kind, truly loves animals, she does not rush us, and most of all she is "back to the basics", never giving useless medicine, giving daily care recommendations for both our cats, and always explaining properly. She also helped us taking the right decision and supported us when my very much loved cat got cancer and unfortunately passed away after a while...

The only vet that has skin specialist in the entire Singapore. Prefer to get afternoon-evening appointments as their mornings can get really crowded! Even after making appointment we can wait really long

Vets were professional and knowledgeable. However persons manning the hotline wasn't clear and ill informed. Called to enquire nett prices for vaccines but eventually the bill turned up double of what was told. Very profit driven, kept upselling alot of jabs n extra vaccinations and things that were not necessary. Have to be firm and not succumb to their upselling.

One of the best vets we’ve visited of all 15 years of my dog’s life so far. Chester was attended to by Dr Ryan on both visits that we made, he was so patient and knowledgeable on every topic that we consulted him on and it really felt like he genuinely cares for the welfare of our pet. The front desk is also very helpful and friendly, costs are also reasonable. I would trust Chester’s life in Hillside’s hands :)

It was my first visit to Hillside and it left a good impression. It is clean and spacious. I arranged for my puppy to get spayed here a week later. Dr Gen Yong did the procedure for her, she managed our expectations well by telling us what to expect before and after the surgery. She called right after the surgery to let us know it went well, called again the next morning to check in on my baby. Would definitely recommend this place.

Dr Ruth and Dr Amanda took care of my 11yo rabbit for a few years now. They saw my bun from when he was hopping to when he became semi paralysed in his back legs from EC. Have never failed to take good care of my senior bun and have always been my first go to. Friendly environment and very patient staff. High recommended for your pets wellness

Can always trust Hillside to take care of my dog. Dr Simon Quek especially is really good with diagnosing and treating.

Visited the place for my puppy check up and vaccination. Made appointment for my visit. The place is clean, and relatively accessible via public transport (bus) or car. Vet Ruth is friendly and shared lots of knowledge. She is gentle and encouraging when handling my pup.

Dr Cheryl was very personable and attentive to my cat Soor. She took the time to explain my cat’s skin condition and the treatment options. When she spoke to me , she never took her attention away from Soor and spoke to him in a very caring manner , which made him calm and less restless. I also saw that the other customers were happy and comfortable in the clinic on the animal care and attention provided. Would have given 5 stars if I was given some pre alert on the waiting time after the blood work was done and the total cost of the Allercept allergy test. All in good faith I suppose and not done intentionally. Since I have a stressed out cat , I needed to know the waiting time to manage my cat’s wellbeing. Looking forward to updating this post with my next experience in the clinic , which I am positive will be good/better as I am confident the doctors will be able to help my cat Soor’s skin condition.

My go to place. Have lovely docs, and staff.. They really take care and have a good warm approach to pets. Most importantly I don't think they are out to unnecessarily cheat you off money. That seals the deal for us. Very happy.

This was our first time at this vet. We have a regular vet, but decided to try Hillside, when our little calico developed an eye issue. The clinic is tucked into a rather nondescript building, but the interior is quite new and up to date. Our vet was very attentive and handled our little girl with care and gentleness.

I did my girl’s sterilization with Dr Yeumee. Dr Yeumee is fantastic, she called to assure us how everything is going after the surgery and when we could come and pick our girl up. The process with the clinic went very smoothly too. Clinic is clean and bright ^^ photos are from day of surgery and 7days after, when her wound was almost healed completely.

Hillside Vet is tucked away in a slightly inaccessible location near the primary road of Upper Serangoon Road. The vets are helpful, but the best vet I've seen is Dr Dymphna Overwijin, who is a feline specialist. Good bedside manner and she explains her clinical process, so you understand her objectives in tests and medication. Overall cost of the place is quite reasonable, with the average bill being about $100 per visit, compared to more 'premium' vet services that can almost double that for standard visits.

My dog, speedy has been seeking treatment from hillside vet for a month plus from Erchilia with severe anemia and jaundice. Unfortunately, the medication that was given for a month stopped working on speedy and we went to seek critical care at VES hospital. That was when we realised that speedy has other underlying conditions that were not examined by the vet, he has developed right sided heart failure with free fluids from his abdomen. Even though the vets here are rather experienced and have really good bedside manner, I recommend seeking a 2nd opinion from other sources to ensure your pet well being.

I have brought my fur kids to many different vets hoping they can cure their skin issues but none managed to until I was recommended to Dr Simon Quek. My kids' skin and fur have never looked better.

We visited Hillside due to my puppy's skin problem. The way Dr. Ruth handled it was very professional and you can tell that she is an expert in her field. Proper diagnosis via a skin scrape procedure.
