Awesome experience, not just for us but also for our conure. Ms. Ong took great care of our bird and still took him out of the cage even though he was very naughty and kept biting her (sorry for that) she was very patient and obviously very experienced with birds. We tried leaving our bird with other pet sitters but we can tell he enjoyed his stay with Ms. Ong the most :)

House of Bird too great care of my sun conure for a week. They really took great care of my conure, prepare very sumptuous meals, sent daily pics/videos and even chat with my conure too! Can tell that auntie super experienced in handling parrots! 👍👍👍 Will engage House of Birds again for my next Holiday 😀😃🙂

This is the 2nd time we are leaving our yellow sided green cheek conure with House Of Birds. She takes really good care of our bird Matcha, Very professional, even send us update pics of our little birdy. Our bird also do not look stress and loves the enviroment. She lets Matcha out of the cage for excercise and bath also. Highly recommended bird boarding service.

Placed my 2 boys, a Hahns & an Ekke, with her for a week. She’s pro & very experienced. Her video updates on how our Fids were getting on at her place was both very assuring & comforting. It is clear Ms Ong took good care of them. Highly recommended. TQ Ms Ong!
