I've always been to Mount pleasant for a long time and always had a pleasant experience. It's the first time at the clementi branch as my girl had a cyst under her eyelid. The experience at the Clementi branch surpassed my expectations and the staff there are so warm and friendly! Dr Heng was nothing short of amazing. I fact, I don't know where she gets that bubbly energy from when she has back to back surgeries to perform. There was a couple of negative reviews particularly on dogs that might be aggressive, IMHO, anyone even a vet will take further precautions if they are faced with aggression or even if there is a hint of it. If she is injured, a lot of surgeries will also have to be pushed back and furthermore, dogs anxiety will rise especially when it comes to inspection of the eye area. So it is natural for her to take precaution. She was so warm and kind to my spitz. The operation went smoothly and when she needed to remove the suture, I told her that my girl might be aggressive during she removal, she even thanked me kindly for telling her and we put the muzzle on for her. But my girl just froze and kept very still during the removal. She was so sweet to the fur kids and their pawrents. Im really glad and thankful to have found her to perform the surgery for my girl! Now she's recovering well, thanks to Dr Heng!

Dr Ang was very good and kind. I had to send my son and my helper went with my dog and dad who is above 80 yrs old. She explained so well n even initiated typing out a report to pass to me, much to my helpers's relief! Very grateful to the staff of this clinic. My dog is improving with every visit. Many thanks!

I had a great experience today with the clinic. The doctors were very nice and caring, they managed to take urine test, ultrasound and some other procedures quite fast without any sedation or my help, which with my beagle is impressive! They gave me detailed explanation, reasonable treatment and next steps to follow. Last but not least they were very careful with social distancing and measurements.

dr heng is a top class caring vet. both my dogs w eye issue was resolved by her with great knowledge and experience w love and TLC. waiting time is efficient and productive…if your furries have eye issues look for dr heng!

I needed to have my cat spayed as she was in major heat during the circuit breaker and could meow up to 8 hours non stop. Everyone including neighbors got rlly stressed from the meowing so i rlly needed to get the surgery done. Dr leong was rlly nice and she called me during the consultation as we arent allowed to enter the facility after handing my cat over. She also called me aft the surgery to inform me on how my cat was doing which i greatly appreciated. Overall great experience and my cat is currently very stable. They were the only clinic tht didnt mind taking my cat eventhough im sure they were fully booked after the circuit breaker ended. Albeit a bit pricier and not the usual vet that i usually send my furbabies to but its definitely one i do trust😊

We would like to specially thank Dr Leong, Dr Kent, Dr Vanessa, Denna and all the nurses. Or dog isn’t an easy dog to deal with. She is lucky to have awesome doctors and staff attending to her. After her pyometra operation done by Dr Leong, she has recovered really well and back to her usual self again. We are so happy!

Went to see Dr Heng as my senior dog has cateract, like that she explain the condition to me and didn't push for surgery, will be coming back for my furkid review in future

The head vet here is extremely good with surgeries. The other vets are as good. The veterinary technicians here are also friendly and helpful. Receptionists are professional, polite and helpful. Definitely a recommended veterinary clinic!
