long overdue review. stumble upon this grooming place while searching for a new groomer after my prev groomer quit and had a horrible experience at another place (my dog came bck w poodle feet despite not requesting for it, she was sad for a whole week!) was initially q nervous sending her to a new place but my dog came bck rly happy and it was as if she approved this place! i don’t switch grooming places once i find a good one bc dogs are a loyal species and they thrive on routine so pawcious style has been Mocha’s usual groomer ever since ((: they are always quick to reply to booking appts and will go the extra mile to cater to my dog regarding appt timings and v generous as well (they gifted treats during special occasions like christmas festive season and have promotions as well) also their speed and consistency is amazing, they will happily tell me they have finished the grooming in 1.5hrs and say it’s bc my dog behaved v well 🤣🤣 (but i know it’s bc they r v experienced 🥰) usually ill be nearby having lunch while waiting and my dog will b rdy after my lunch. super efficient and takes v good care of my baby every single time. pls b around for a longgggggg time so i can always send my baby to u guys ❤️❤️ thank u for all that u do!! Mocha is always v happy to visit u guys 🥰🥰

Our go to groomer since our baby is 5mo! Especially love working with Winnie! She is very friendly and professional, will give us suggestion as to how they will groom her, how it will turn out etc. When we give feedback on how we want the cut to be, she will also give her professional advise if is good or not. Thanks for taking care and making Muffin pretty!

Thanks for giving my daisy a nice cut. Always so gentle with my older dog and making sure every is evenly cut to my liking. Will be back for sure! Highly recommend for people who know what cut they want for their dogs because the owners really deliver to my fussy requests. Thanks ladies.

Honestly one of the best pet boarding in Singapore! We board our little boy there regularly when we travel overseas. Haven't tried their grooming yet but heard good things too!

Brought my furbaby to them for the first time today for a basic groom and i was thoroughly impressed with their service!! Valerie was so kind, nice and knowledgeable too!! Didnt really need to trim the whole body for my pup so i requested them to just trim ard the snout and the eyes and they did such a good job!! Even informed me of how my puppy tolerated the whole grooming session upon collection. They started and finished on time as well and even sent me the cutest picture of my pup via whatsapp after the grooming was done to let me know she was ready. Price was affordable too!! My puppy smelled amazing, her fur was so soft and paw pads were so smooth. She also seemed really happy when i picked her up too. ❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely be back here again. Really happy and grateful for their service!

Staffs are super friendly and my dog enjoys every of hes session. My dog is very well groomed by the staffs and so happy with the results every time. Don’t mind to introduce to my friends and looking forward to visit again.
