Pet Loft provides a superb service for grooming, bathing and boarding. I have been bringing Woodie to them for grooming, bathing and boarding for many years. I feel safe to leaving him with Pet Loft. And most importantly my fur kid loves the place so much!! Strongly recommend the place for your fur kid, try it out!

Pet Loft has been my boy's groomer ever since I got him in 2020. YZ and team are very attentive and will inform me if Dillon's skin has issues, or if his ears might be a little too dirty etc. She will also give me suggestions on how to maintain his coat, which cut I shld go for etc to provide the best experience for my boy as he doesn't like to be groomed at all. So in order to get him to tolerate grooming better, I send him in to Pet Loft every 2 weeks after discussing with his groomer. It's been a few years and D has improved alot from the very first experience he has being groomed. I wouldn't say he has liked it, but at least he tolerates it now. They're usually booked quickly though so it's best to make your appt with them very early to secure their slot. Two thumbs up for Pet Loft and I only wished I reviewed them earlier! Thank you for such a great job done with D so far!

Our furkid has an absolutely amazing time whenever she is here for grooming. There were a couple of occasions where she didn’t want to come home! The groomers are gentle and responsible; we are kept informed about what needs to be done, before they proceed and they keep notes to advise us accordingly on the next appointment date. We have always had a great experience with the groomers at pet loft! Not only are they skilled in what they do, they are really caring and attentive to every detail (from rmbing our dog’s needs and our usual requests, to pointing out areas of potential concern etc). They are also very helpful and will go the extra mile to accommodate our change in schedules.

My dogs have been going to Pet Loft for their grooming sessions for many many years now. Am really glad that I found out about them when I was looking for a good groomer after a particularly traumatising experience for my dog at another place. It’s quite heartbreaking to see your furkid quake in fear prior to the grooming session, but due to Pet Loft’s expert handling, my dog grew to become comfortable and accepting of grooming sessions. Really appreciate that :) Pet loft also does occasional themed photo shoots for the dogs, SO CUTE.

Petloft provides excellent grooming services! My dog has been coming here for more than 8years and counting. The staff are true pet lovers and treat my dog with much care. They will also highlight any skin issue they found in the process of grooming so that owners can take note. Sometimes, they even surprise me by sending me very nice photoshoot-style photos of my dog taken at the end of his grooming sessions. Really appreciate all the kind attention provided to my dog. Our to go place for grooming and boarding for 10 over years! Been bringing my 2 fur kids there ever since they are born. Their place is always so clean and aircon around the clock during their stay. Coco and cookie are comfortable and well taken care of, giving me a peace of mind when I'm away. The shop owners and staff are super friendly and attentive. There is truely no place like petloft. Highly recommend this place for all paw parents! :)

We happen to Found this grooming shop near our house, ever since our first visit I would say we never look elsewhere. We been to several grooming shop and when we bring them to other grooming shop they will shiver and refuse to go in. But so far they nv shiver when we bring both dog to petloft for grooming, firstly the environment is very cozy and the staff is very friendly they even our request. When we pickup our dog they seems happy. I am really really happy we found the right grooming shop for both our doggy! Thank you so much for your patience and love show towards our dog.

At the very basic, they groom dogs very well. But more than that, they genuinely love and care for the dogs. They’ll always update me if they find anything that isn’t “right” — ear infection/red skin/lump on the body. I am so so pleased with their service and will always send my dogs to them.

Superb service and can tell they are people who love their job and love the dogs they groom! My dogs always come home impeccably groomed and super relaxed although both tend to be pretty nervous dogs with strangers which goes to show how gentle and friendly they are with the dogs they groom!

Lovely salon with friendly staff, who clarified exactly how much fur to trim for my long haired doggie, so that it wouldn't be too short or long. Great service and would definitely come back! The salon is also nice and clean, with a cute area in the front for my doggie to wait for me.

My fur son has been with them for more than 12 years. This is the only place i feel comfortable to leave my son with them for the cut without being present. They are very caring and nice to the pets. I would personally think they are the VERY BEST groomer ever. I sincerely thank them for decade of dedication and love towards all our fur children.
