It's always a pleasant experience. I love the affordable transport service - really saves me the time and traveling. Love the updates by the team on the condition of my rabbit. I opted for a more expensive service which includes hair cutting but was told that it's not really necessary as my rabbit's fur is still rather short which does not require it. If I would like, they can still proceed. Its very sincere and thoughtful of them to update me about it so that I don't spend unnecessarily. They also updated me about the teary eye of my rabbit - very meticulous and open about the conditions of the pet. Definitely coming back again! N yes, my rabbit was very happy when he came back. Did a bink the moment he got out of the carrier. Thank you team!

I brought my rabbit in for grooming last week and it was both our first times at the pet grooming centre. The groomer was patient in handling him and even sent cute "after" pictures after the appt. The groomer gave some good suggestions for rabbit grooming maintenance and I was overall very happy with how the session was handled. Thank you!

Had to book a very last minute appointment (1am) for my 2 cats because there was a "toilet accident" late last night. They were very accommodating and managed to slot them in the morning! They provide regular updates and feedback on behaviour which is much appreciated! Their transport service is also a lifesaver since we don't have a car. Since they take it different types of animals (dogs, rabbits etc.), they also recommend to apply Revolution to protect your furkids. While the service is on the pricier side overall, what matters is that the furkids are comfortable and well-taken care of. Thank you team!

I sent my long-haired Persian cat for a full groom and wet shower today, and was really pleased with how Maurice the cat-whisperer was able to calm my usually angry cat. It was a wonder how he could work with her; I came by before the session ended and was amazed to see my cat sitting there all docile, and allowing Maurice to groom her. She had some undercoat and matts and they really took the time to resolve that in the gentlest way possible. Really appreciate the patience, the updates, the friendly chatter, and the service level the team has shown during my visit today. 10/10 will recommend! THANK YOU!

We have been searching for a groomer that can groom one our cat for ages and we have finally found them. Periodically updates during the groom, advice and suggestions to follow up if there are any issues pertaining to your cats. And they do pick ups!. Whats more not to like? It was a very thorough class for rabbit level 1 for pet owners. Maurice was very patient and elaborated on every step patiently. Gained more confidence in picking up, carrying rabbit, different types of combing and nail cutting importantly. Hands on class which was practical!

Brought my Lionhead bunny Almond to Pets Eden for Basic Grooming and shower. Good service and replies Whatsapp messages promptly! I appreciate that they have separate rooms for rabbits, dogs and cats so Almond can feel more comfortable. They even sent me pictures of Almond taking a bath and his post-grooming picture. Highly recommended to others!

Great service and friendly staff. Most importantly, my dog Jerry's teeth are clean now. Went for tartar treatment again. Michael, Maurice, Shalene and team are friendly always and cosy environment...I stay in North but it's a worthwhile trip for my beloved doggie. Would try grooming next round as past 2 treatments were for tartar removal. Anyway, thumbs up and keep up the great work !!!🥰🥰🥰

My cat tends to be very nervous and had been unfriendly to most of the groomers I have tried. I had to be Physically there while they groomed my cat. That was a lot of hard work... until I discovered pet Eden. i have been using Pet Eden for years. they are The only groomer that cld handle my cat well. I love their spacious and clean spaces (cat hotel). I Entrusted my 2 cats with them once for a few days and was totally satisfied with the way they looked after them. They kept me updated with photos and videos Everyday. Pet eden is my fav one stop shop for my cats <3

I joined the Cat Grooming Workshop @ Pet Eden recently.Michael attended to me.He was such a patient, detailed and cheerful guy. The most interesting thing about Michael is how careful & wary he is with regards of the safety in handling my cat.He emphasized & reminded me constantly to be very careful with the cats through out the workshop. It really reflects on how concern, caring & responsible he is towards all animals.That is indeed some if the important qualities a groomer needs to have.
