Dr Rachel is nice and kind. Price is reasonable My Chin used to have abscess. Dr. Rachel managed to treat him and he is free from abscess for 1year now.

I first visited Spring some years ago from randomly searching vets near my place and chose them based on the reviews. I was not disappointed. Not only did they treat my cat correctly, the medication worked perfectly on her and she was well within days. The condition reoccurred and I went back. Dr Sara not only helped me with treating her but also investigated the causes and when realizing my financial situation at that point, offered me a long term solution that has kept my cats safe till now. Several days ago, I had a wonderful experience with Dr Joel who assisted me with my cat who was puking. Again, instead of overcharging me, he understood my financial situation and provided a targeted approach and treatment. It has been a long time since I met a doctor like Dr Joel who assisted me from the heart instead of thinking only for the business. Although my cat died in the end, Dr Joel made the process bearable for me and my family. We are very grateful to Spring Vet and Dr Joel for assisting us through the painful process. Putting a pet to sleep is never easy for a family that grew up with it and loves it like our own child. I sincerely believe that I would not have been able to afford as much as I did for my cat had they not understood my situation. It's very easy for a business to charge exorbitantly for consults, treatment and medication but it is much harder for a business to retain their customers and understand their situations, treating each one accordingly individually. I appreciate everything you have done and so does my family. We have many more cats and it is certain now that Spring Vet will remain our choice Vet for them. Thank you Spring Vet. God bless.

Dr Rachel is very professional, friendly and down to earth Vet Doc. The best Vet Doc i have so far I have met. I would strongly and highly recommended. I'm happy my cat, SNOWY is in good hand even when she was very sick. The nurses at SPRING VET are nice and friendly too. Thank you once again n HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021. When my pup was 2 mths old we brought her to a vet at Kovan for her 3rd jab.They told us that she has kennel cough, an ear infection and so we paid $280 without even getting her jab. They didn’t even explain why she can’t get her jab with a cough???? After an acquaintance recommended this place and Dr Rachel Tong. Reasonable price, clear explanations and experienced vets. We were finally told that giving her a jab while she has a cough will probably lead to a fever. Now my dog is 3.5 years and we are still coming back!! Update: it’s 2023 and my dog is 8.5 years and we are still coming back :) My dog had bladder stones again in a span of 2 years, Dr Joyce is super patient and explains every everything to us from how it happens, to the surgery, post care recovery, and further prevention.

Brought my hamster to clinic due to hair loss and constant itching and Dr. Rachel was really kind in handling my hamster and prescribed the underlying course could be due to his allergic to bedding. Price was reasonable $135 for consultation and oral medicine.

Came in on a weekend for a consult since the other vets in the area are closed. Vet (Dr Adabel Lo) and clinic staff were very patient and friendly. Dr Adabel was very patient with my cat and happily answered any queries I have. Will definitely be back 😊 Prices were also pretty reasonable. Thank you for your excellent care!

Doctor Sarah Bay was very gentle and kind to our baby silver when he was there for his sterilisation and the surgery was done in no time together with milk tooth extraction my puppy wound healed very quickly and the wound is not visible at all recommend doctor Sarah Bay at spring veterinary. Not to forget the staff they were really nice too ! Thank y'all for giving me and my fur baby a pleasant experience! Price point is reasonable very recommended!

Visited Dr Jasmine Tan in July 2015 for my maltipoodle puppy's routine checkup and loved the way she explained to us (first-time pet owners) details of how we can care for my puppy in terms of feeding, grooming, well-being, etc. Overall experience was comfortable, open and most importantly, she was not pushy! Prices are reasonable too. :) *liked!*

I took my newly-bought baby dwarf hamster for a checkup after getting worried about him biting his fur all over, even in his sleep. This clinic was amazing! All the other clinics in The Central area were booked till next week. These guys gave me a slot immediately (I called on Sunday morning, got the appointment for that same afternoon) and the doctor was so so gentle with Tubby! 😇 She patiently coaxed him and checked his fur since he’s not tamed yet and administered some medicine on him and patiently explained to me what might be causing his dust allergy (probably due to the scented sand bath I bought from the pet store). She also gave him a small dose of anti-mite medication just in case. It’s only been evening and he’s been sleeping peacefully without a single scratch at himself (only woke up to drink water and groom himself) 😌 Wasn’t too expensive either, $40 for consult and $10 for weekend consult (which is pretty normal) and the rest was for medicines. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the tender loving care given to my pet dog. The nurses has also done a great job and even remember my golden retriever name. their loving care to my furbie Pebble has helped her recover from a major operation and both Dr Rachel Tong and her team even do a few followup calls with me to check on Pebble's recovery. The team indeed put all their best effort into helping out all their patients. Kuddos to everyone in Spring Veterinary Care for a great job done!

Found Spring Vet via Google Reviews and brought my puppy Mochi here. Brought him here a total of 3 times (incl. hospitalisation) and i must say the service the nurses and the doctors, specifically Dr Sara Bay, have been exceptional. Dr Sara Bay is professional, friendly and most importantly she really cares about my puppy. Instance no.1: Mochi was given a jab and we went for lunch. Instead of putting Mochi into a cage as we wait for us, she sat Mochi on her lap as she worked on her computer. Instance no.2: She follows up and updates us herself via phone call every day (which to my pet owner friends is very RARE) Instance no.3: She spent time coming out with a feeding/medication schedule so as to help us manage his transition back home. How happy are we with Spring & Dr Sara? We have decided to set Spring as our main vet and even forego the vaccination/microship vouchers we got from another Vet clinic (which we got from the Pet seller)

Spring Vet is the go-to place for my cats' needs. Been to both outlets at Hougang and Punggol and the staff and vets are friendly! They will take the time to explain whats going on with my cats for a peace of mind..

Vet was nice, but the beef chips they gave my doggo was nicer! 😂 But in all honesty, would definitely recommend as the vet and staff here are really friendly and care for the animals!
