After doing some research and physically checking all commercial rabbit boarding, I felt that this was the best quality money could buy (and yet somehow still competitively priced!). It has a huge living space for the animals, very modern and clean. The owner is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable, and taught us several tips on how to better care for our bunny. The hay is their in-house brand, and honestly it smells and looks healthier than any other brand I tried (and I used to pay a premium for hay moment). Water bowls are nice and big, and the staff are very gentle with the animals (even my shy bunny really warmed up to them quick!). The bunny camera has really good quality video and mic too! I needed to board my bunny for 4+ months due to travel plans. It's been one month, I came back for a short bit and saw that my bunny is in great condition (especially after grooming). Thanks for taking good care of bunbun (bucky)!!

The fluffy hut is run by Adrain and his wife, both of whom are pet lovers. They have a dog, a rabbit and a guinea pig amongst others and their experience and knowledge is clearly demonstrated when you speak with Adrian. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and is more than happy to share his knowledge. Speaking to him while checking in out Pig Barrel, you can feel his sincerity in providing the best care to your fluffy family member. He is also responsive and reassuring when I message him and is prompt and efficient in making certain requested changes to Barrel's habitat. Overall a top rated and safe accommodation for your fluffy family when you go overseas. Will definitely be back again! Thanks Adrain and The Fluffy Hut for taking good care of Barrel!

Very convenient, this is the second time I have used this place. I like that they have cameras with microphones so we can see what our pet is up to and talk to them. The owners are also very responsive, friendly, and accommodating via messaging if we need anything. Our pet was also conveniently delivered home. Overall a good experience and a great concept for owners of small pets.

Sent my chinchilla to the fluffy hut for boarding twice. Both times were great experiences! I really appreciated that they had a cctv camera for us to check in on our chinchilla anytime. The cages were spacious and clean. There was also ample food and water provided.

Adrian and Rachel are awesome. They took good care of Peaches our hammie. They provide CCTV feeds for you to check on your precious ones too.

This is our second time boarding our guinea pigs at The Fluffy Hut and it's been a joyful experience every time. Rachel is responsive when it comes to replying to messages and their professionalism is reassuring while you are away (and enjoying your holiday). We love to check on our furry ones using the playpen IP camera and we can see they are enjoying their delicious hay! Check-in and check-out is very smooth and efficient once you have pre-arranged a time: the playpen is ready to receive the little guests during check-in, while they will be ready and waiting for you in your carrier when checking out. Plus, their grooming services is a time-saver after a tiring holiday! Thank you Rachel and Adrian.

I enjoyed my time engaging the Fluffy Hut and I believe that my fluffy pet, a guinea pig, is too. Staff at the fluffy hut is very professional and friendly. they were able to advice me on my queries and that gave me a peace of mind. they were extra attentive and I could see their passion in looking after small pets.

My GP always come back with amazing grooming, silky shiny fur. Private cctv to view your pet too Could do with a better drop off location

Thank you fluffy hut for taking care of my naughty hamster. Snowy really liked her stay at the fluffy hut and looked like she wanted to come back. There was 24 hour cctv so i could view my hamster and see how she was doing. Price was reasonable too. Might consider sending my hamster there again.

Overall great experience with them, had my rabbit boarded for 10days, everything was so convenient, staffs were friendly and attentive towards my rabbit. Hays were filled up consistently, playpen was super big with 24/7 air-conditioning and cctv for me to view my little one. Thanks fluffy hut!:)

Left my Chinchilla there for 11 days. While we are on holiday, we constantly can check on him via the webcam and can even speak to him! The space is huge and clean and air conditioned. Adrian and Rachel are very accommodating and easy to communicate. Will definitely board there again.

I regularly get my angora/lionhead bunny groomed here. His fur gets matted really easily therefore the grooming job is quite difficult, but Adrian is patient and does an excellent job of getting rid of all tangles and matted patches in his fur. I 100% recommend this groomer!!

My bunny kicks and jumps when we groom her. But in the hands of the groomer at fluffy hut, my bunny was so calm and nice to get her grooming done. Now she can flaunt her beautiful groomed butt. 😆

Chose this place for their 24hr CCTV and aircon. Am really happy with their service. They even cleaned my x2 hamster cages before collection. Will choose this place again!

Our guinea pig Simon had a lovely stay at The Fluffy Hut... he had plenty of space to run in lots of food all the time... we got to keep an eye on him with 24/7 video camera which was great... would highly recommend The Fluffy Hut 😀
