I would like to commend The Oasis for the positive experience I had — from initial WhatsApp communication (reservation process, checking of vaccination records) to actual day’s happenings. Booked a 2h pool session meant for birthday celebration of our litter-pups but the weather was not in our favour. Special shout out to Zhi Ying who displayed flexibility and initiative in allowing us to use the indoor venue instead for our gathering. Her little gestures of prompt provision of water bowls (for the dogs), bringing extra chairs in (for the humans), clearing table space and providing food bowls & lighter (for the birthday cakes) were much appreciated. Initiative cannot be taught and it’s a gem when you have staff who possess it. She also monitored the lightning warnings closely to keep us updated on the feasibility of proceeding with the pool session. We eventually could use the pool for 30 mins. Majority of the dogs in attendance also had “Bath & Fluff” done, so we left with nice clean tired dogs. Thank you so much once again to The Oasis team for contributing to the memorable 1st birthday celebration of our beloved pups.

Finally found a place that can provide all the services require for my dog Max. Sarah the groomer is friendly and responsive to queries fast. She provide update on the progress and also nice photos after grooming. Will sure recommend to others who want a one stop shop for your dogs. A place that allow all dogs and dog lovers to have fun.

We are very glad and satisfied with the dog training conducted by Andrea. She trained and shared tips with our family of 4. In this private 1 hour session, we learned how to walk Shadow in a consistent manner amongst the family members. She shared valuable tips and also gave constructive feedbacks on Shadow as she had interactions with Shadow during daycare sessions.

Have been sending our two dogs Loki and Hime to Oasis daycare for the past year. Our dogs love the Oasis team as well as going for their weekly daycare. Andrea and the team looks after, plays, trains and engages them in stimulating activities. They are also very patient and accommodating as our boy Loki is afraid of thunder. Thank you for loving them ❤️ Grooming team also does a good job on their monthly groom. Overall, positive experience with oasis!

Love this place, my dog really enjoyed as they have a big outdoor space and indoor space for her to explore and running and they do have a treadmill machine for her to exercise! She enjoy being with so many of her same breed friends there.

Booked this place for birthday celebration for my doggies. The staffs are very patient and helpful, communicates well through WhatsApp prior to the event, made payment via PayNow, all very seamless. We recced the place and decided to book a bigger space instead of just the pool, the staff was very accommodating to this change. On the day of the event, the venue was made ready for us ahead of time. Tables & benches were available for food and drinks. The furkids had a fantastic time swimming and running about in the field. Will highly recommend this place for other pawrents.

A one stop shop for all things pets. Check out the photos for their list of services. Manager is friendly and the hospitality his team provides is 5*. The most important thing is the place has many services that you won’t find elsewhere. The pool session you book for is only meant for you to use and there won’t be anyone else around. Likewise to the field and agility sessions.

signed a package and sent my dog dino here for daycare sessions once a week! he does many things here, swimming, walking, treadmill and even training! the trainers here are really thoughtful and help to tackle my dog’s problem behaviour 😆 they also provide constant updates and pictures of how dino is doing in school :> would recommend!

Reliable daycare for dogs. Most importantly, you can leave your dogs there without worries. They have a number of activities so that your dogs have a good workout.
