Have been patronising this grooming outlet for my Maltipoo and have a trusted groomer, Raena, that ensures my pup comes home with the cut that I love. They do have curated pricing models that help customers with cost effective services. And the reasonably priced herbal bath is a great add-on once in a while. The groomer share updates on the progress of the grooming and take nice photos to show the end result too!

Jing Jing is a cat whisperer! It is my first time sending to Pet Workshop. I was lucky to get in a slot despite last minute changes from one cat to 2 cats to groom. Jing Jing is knowledgeable when she grooms my cats. Love how she sends headsups and updates about my cats. Very reassuring and I would love to bring my cats to her again for future grooming! They were very calm and not traumatised. This is our first time going for cat grooming as we are first time pet owners. Snowy 10 months and Oreo 12 months. Groomer Jing Jing was very patient and gentle with them as they were very anxious and panicking in the beginning. 10 months old kitten was also charged $75. It was a pleasant experience and our cats were calm and well behaved through the session. All went well, they smell so nice like powder and fluffy. Thank you Jing Jing for job well done!

First time bringing our dog for his first grooming experience! He went for basic grooming and basic teeth cleaning, and he was well groomed! Really thankful they trimmed his nails - something that our dog dislikes and refuses badly everytime when we attempt on our own. Price is affordable and staff was friendly. This was my first time ever bringing my fur baby for his first grooming experience. Loved the videos and pictures updates sent via WhatsApp to see how my kitty spa went. It's really good to know that your precious kitty is safe when the groomer knows how to calm them down. The shop's glass window allows pet owners to watch their pets being groomed from the outside. Very responsive groomers; if you leave a missed call, they will call you back. Also, this place has the first timer discount and they were so gentle with my cat. Most importantly, my kitty approves!

Brought Miki for basic grooming at The Pet Workshop. The location is good, just next to Tampines One shopping mall. The groomer Rebel (Bell) is very professional and is excellent in her job. She still provide with personal touch by updating Miki's grooming with photos and video. She is definitely our first choice. The Pet Workshop is highly recommended. And we will definitely be back again.

Great experience here. Got cancelled at my regular groomer so quickly looked to book another appointment elsewhere and CS was helpful and managed to squeeze in a session for our bengal even though it was pretty last minute. Through out the session, we got updates and photos on how Black was doing which was nice. Upon collection, happy to see that our cat was in good arms, quiet and tame and seems to be enjoying it. Recently sent my beloved cat for full grooming with a bear cut. She was groomed by groomer Bellerie. Bellerie was kind and caring when approached and she did a wonderful job providing the best of services to my cat Ashley. Ever had sent my cat to another groomer, the fur coat was uneven with patches. Bellerie did her very best to have Ashley fur very close to an even cut. Cost of grooming is also affordable and they have packages where you could save abit more. Bellerie also provide updates on Ashley's condition and if we require certain treatments for ears or skin. Pet Workshop is definitely Ashley's go to for her day of pampering.

Awesome experience when i brought my senior shihtzu Juice for basic grooming the first time today. Thank you to friendly groomer Summer & her colleagues who took great care of him & were patient & understanding of his age plus health issues which i highlighted to them. Appreciate very much that they make the effort to calm him before groom & send me photos & videos during the process to reassure me that he is doing well. Especially for fur parents like me who worry that my timid pet will feel anxious during grooming or pets who are afraid of new environment & groomers, this gesture is very helpful. Great customer service & genuine love for pets by the team as my furbaby is smiling when I fetch him home. He looks really neat & fluffy too. They even tied a free gorgeous red bandana on Juice to make him look even cuter & trim his muzzle with compliments. Will definitely bring my pet back for full grooming the next time soon.

Superb service! They were very friendly and professional - even sent me updates during Toby's grooming session + gave him a pretty scarf so he looks handsome and neat! Even took pretty photos of him post grooming :) the ladies were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing! Many many many stars and thumbs up! The price is also affordable considering the service they are able to provide... Sometimes you pay groomers additional money to brush your dog's teeth but you won't know if they really do so it's very good that they even sent videos of them brushing Toby's teeth. As you can see, Toby looked so happy after his grooming with the two pretty jiejie's! The shampoo they use smells nice too

Managed to secure a slot even though it was very last minute. Staff was polite and very helpful over the phone and in person. They didnt try and upsell which is a plus point for us! Staff only recommended to us what is necessary for our puppy Milo. Did their basic grooming instead of the full grooming which was what we initially wanted. Milo enjoyed their pampering so very much. Sent Maiko to The Pets Workshop for a full grooming session as his fur was getting out of shape. I was initially a bit anxious as Maiko is afraid of strangers. But I was pleasantly surprised that he hardly resisted throughout the session. He even dozed off when he was being blown dry, quite a miracle given that he's terrified of water and loud noises!! Owners CS and Summer really pampered Maiko like their own pet, not rushing the session even though it was past their closing time. Maiko even got treated to a big yummy snack after the session! Sorry to Summer for Maiko finishing the whole packet :p Maiko came back smelling heavenly and looking super cute with a perfect round face and fluffy tail, plus an added dash of chic with the free bowtie. This was my puppy's first grooming and she had a great experience! The staff at counter was kind and patient in answering any questions and I felt assured leaving her there. The groomer did a great job in grooming her and noticed her ear's yeast infection. They also updated me with photos to let me know how she's doing. She looked so cute and clean after that! Decided to give this new place a try as they are having opening promotion for the first week of May (50% off total bill) The owners were very friendly and attentive to our needs and concerns. They recommended sensitive skincare spa treatment for my dogs as one of them has itchy skin. The treatment proved to be effective as my dog did not scratch herself since the visit to the salon(about a day). Last time, she would scratch herself few hours after visiting other salons. In addition, one of my dogs is 10 years old and they were gentle in handling him, ensuring that he would be comfortable through the session. It is also nice to note that they do not recommend anything that is not required for the sake of earning. We were actually considering full grooming for both dogs. Upon the owners' assessment, they suggested that basic grooming would suffice for one of my dogs as his fur was already in shape. The total time taken for the grooming, brushing of teeth, and spa treatment tool about 4 hours. During this period, the owner sent photos and videos of the dogs to keep us updated on the progress and their conditions, which gave us much assurance and comfort to know that they were in good hands. I am confident to leave my beloved pets in their meticulous care and will definitely return for a second visit. :)

14Mar updates We have been with them for more than a year now and we are very glad the standard and the love for the animals remains unfaltering. They generally took 2-3hrs for basic grooming which we don’t mind because of the good result at the end of the day. Plus point, the products they use seems to be still the same when they started. First time visit for basic grooming and spa. my French bull is still smelling all good and wonderful til today ( 4days), the spa does seems to help with his shedding too, but not so much on itch. Looking forward to his next visit.

This is the first time I try The Pet Workshop as my go to pet groomer shifted to another location. I was hesitant initially as I worried for my elderly dog. When I read the positive reviews on Google about TPW, I decided to give it a try. Booking was easy through WhatsApp. The location is a plus, being situated next to Tampines Mrt. I was able to drop my dog off and proceed to shop around before picking my dog after 3 hours. I really liked the fine details TPW had, which I had not experienced from other groomers. The groomer was professional and able to suggest what style best suit my dog's breed. She was also gentle when handling my 12 yo dog. In my absence, TPW WhatsApp me photo and videos of my dog undergoing grooming in different stages. I must add that this definitely gave me assurance that my dog is in good hands and also goes to show TPW is very confident in their standards of service. When the session completed, I received a photo of my dog against CNY backdrop. This photo legit looked like professional makeover photo. This value added service really made TPW stood out amongst other groomers. I'm very satisfied with TPW's service and signed up for their package. Highly recommended, esp if you stay near Tampines Mrt.

Loved how the staff shared videos and images of my dogs while they were undergoing their grooming sessions - that put my mind at ease knowing they were ok and what to expect at the end of the session (instead of a surprise). The staff also pointed out - e.g. bites, tear stains spotted on my dogs and shared that they may feel sensitive/ itchy for a while after applying the dog products and checked if I was ok before proceeding. Grooming was on point especially the paw pad areas. Would definitely be back! (They also tied/ gave each of the dogs a cute bandana when the grooming was done - so cute!).

It was the first time I came here to give my dog ​​a full grooming. The staff was very attentive and told me about the scabs on the dog’s ears and skin.
