M. C.Since moving back to SG my dog has been experiencing fairly frequent skin allergies/ear infections. And as a fear-aggressive rescue it is a great challenge finding vets who can handle him delicately/compassionately, which led me to turning to housecall visits.
In the 2+ years we've been using Vetpal's services, Dr. Camellia Leong has always been kind, patient and reassuring. Her responses to my usually panicked queries are always timely, and she is gracious in the way she breaks down explanations and treatment plans.
It'll be hard turning back to traditional vet clinic visits now. Vetpal.co is truly a millennial pet parents' dream!
C. G.From the first call to the last, the staff at Vetpal were patient, thorough and reassuring. They made all arrangements from the vet visit to cremation for my furkid Bruno. Dr Chua was kind and comforting as she attended to his final moments. Bruno passed on peacefully in my husband's arms with all of us surrounding and hugging him. It was a beautiful and dignified end to his suffering. Thank you, Dr Chua and team at Vetpal.
