Was recommended by a friend to Waggies and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Patrick was very experienced in handling all kinds of different breed of dogs. Under his guidance, our pup, a Shiba Inu which is so stubborn in nature became so much more obedient. Throwback to the first lesson, our pup even bit Patrick’s hand so hard which cause him to bleed but he doesn’t even flinch and continues handling him. Fast forward 10 weeks later, it’s very noticeable there was a dramatic change to our pup compared to when he first started the lesson. Highly recommended if you are looking for a dog trainer!

We bought female beagle 6 months ago and we were very frustrated to train her. "Spikoe" is very highly energic and rummage through anything she can get. We found out that beagle is the hardest dog to train. We almost gave her up until, we found Waggies Dog School 3 month ago and we enrolled Spikoe. Patrick trained us how to handle and control our dog. After 10 weeks of training, we are very happy that Spikoe is much more well behave and pass the obedience training. Patrick's approach to training is game-changing. My mini dachshund is extremely wary of people and barks like crazy when anyone comes over to my place. After trying 2 different trainers, we signed up for Patrick's basic obedience course and saw a difference within 1 class. My dog's barking has reduced significantly and I know how to better manage him. Essentially what Patrick does is give you the building blocks to train your dog to an amazing level. I can't recommend him highly enough.

During classes, Patrick is very attentive to every dog and owner, and gives clear explanations and reasonings behind his training methods. My 9 month old puppy has passed the basic obedience course with flying colours and is now on the intermediate class. By following Patrick's instructions and training exercises, I constantly see improvement from my puppy daily in terms of obedience and attentiveness. Highly recommend Patrick and his obedience training course! I have taken my dogs as puppies to different puppy training schools but achieved the best outcomes with Patrick's one-command style with no treat / motivation training. We first sought out Patrick when our older dog was diagnosed with diabetes at 7.5 years old (who completed 2 levels of training school). Because of his fear-aggression and anxiety issues, we were having difficulty giving him his daily insulin shots. Other trainers we spoke to said that it will take 6 to 8 weeks with treat training which is not suitable for diabetic dogs. Patrick was able to help us within 30 minutes to great results. Our dogs life saved and our sanity restored, we decided to send both our dogs to his obedience training course thereafter and are firm believers in his method.

After 10 lessons, my dog can walk with and without leash, can do auto sit upon stop when walking or running, can stay or down upon command. There is a test at the last lesson to assess the effectiveness of the training with certification.

No doubt, a straight 5 star review from me. Have been wanting to rate it since Lesson 2. Our trainer Patrick is really very experienced and all his advices are really very useful. Of course, the result depend highly on individual effort for the daily training too. There is really a lack of reveiw for Waggies around the internet and trust me i was also being skeptical when i was choosing between Waggies and other dog training school. However, i am so glad that I gave Waggies a try and engaged them for my dog training. Please take your time to finish reading my review if you are serious on getting your dog trained. Firstly, my dogs always tend to pull me around and was always aggressive and tend to charge at strangers during walks.Tried with several trainings online training method and none of them work as well as Patrick's training. Now after 10weeks of training, my kid had totally transformed. I can now walk pass people with confidence. I can even bring him to the market and make him do a down/sit stay which I never thought that it will ever happen before joining Waggies. To be honest, i already start seeing changes during week 3 of training. Really hands down to Patrick. 🙇‍♀️ Lastly, if you still cannot decide to engaged Waggies or not, trust me just do it and prepare to see your dog transform. Do not wait anymore. Really not getting paid or so for leaving this review. All I want is for all the Pawrents that are facing the same problem as me to find the right training school and methods.

Brought my dog to his first doggie class at waggie’s. Initially, he does not want to walk on the ground and did not want to mingle with other dogs. Took much effort and weeks to train him to begin walking and joining the class. Thankful for Patrick’s patience guidance and encouragement throughout these 10 weeks and thankful to my fellow classmates as well. Ddohae has completed his test on the last day and surprisingly he manage to pass it! My family and I are all proud of what ddohae has achieved!
