I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team, and I must say they are incredibly efficient. Whenever there's an issue with the system, they respond quickly and resolve it with minimal downtime. Jay has been assisting me for few times, and he’s been outstanding. He is patient, professional, and always ensures that I understand the steps being taken to fix any problems.His clear communication and proactive approach make him a pleasure to work with. We have a very good experience with the service at Edgeworks, special thanks to Mr Kenny from deployment team . He was very patient and responsed to us promptly.
Had a pleasant experience with Kenny, the deployment engineer assigned to us. I had a lot of queries and specific requests for our POS Set up and he tried his best to accommodate to my requests. He is patient, friendly, prompt & efficient. Even when he is on MC, he tried his best to help. Still trying out the system. Hopefully it turns out great for us. Highly recommend Kenny as the deployment engineer.
Have been using Edgeworks Solutions for over 6months now and I have to say the team here is extremely good. Whenever we encounter issues, their help is always rendered instantaneously. I needed assistance today and HUEY WEN & RON was there to ensure the issue was fixed although it took a longer time as the problem was complex. I am particularly impressed with Huey Wen who went above and beyond her duty. She completed the job, informed me to try again now and tmr morning as she will still monitor the issue to ensure everything runs as per norm while giving me the ticket number in case we need to go back to them again. Excellent! 👍🏻

The only feedback I wish Edgeworks could help improve more are in customer service.
Example we just took over the operation and we need a refresher meet up, simple training to re connect with the edgeworks brand.
We are already using the system and wanted to purchase more printer, tablets.
However no one willing to come or they want to charge us 300+
As a small business operator 300+ is a lot to us.
And there are some operator that still prefer a face to face business meet up.
Not just sent a link and ask us to figure our way out.
I sincerely wish Edgeworks well and looking forward to work closely with you guys.

Great experience with the team of Edgework. We began with Jackson who consulted us on the POS. We had questions on gov support and he helped us with it as well as running through with us to see what features is needed for our business. Next, we have Kenny who was the POS consultant who was fixing the POS front and backend with us and was able to help us with the things we want. Last but not least, we also have our CRM setup with Lit Bo, which we are still making some changes to it, and he have been helping us to achieve the things we want with Edgework system. Coming from a bad POS system, the difference in service and features available is astronomical. We are looking to set up our 2nd outlet and we definitely will put Edgework as our first choice to set it up as well as for our future businesses.
Recent purchase from edgeworks. Excellent services from Alvin ( sales manager ). guide us well throughout the process. Bryant and his deployment teammates are always on the balls to resolve our problem.
