L. M. H.My friend says this place has a depressing vibe to it, and I don't disagree I felt that way too when I first moved to this area in 2021. But you can't deny there's more to this place than the eye beholds. There's a surprisingly large number of dining establishments here, from healthy options like Super Simple, to cafes like Coffee Bean and Starbucks (though this is adjacent, not inside the building), and even a very very good Japanese Ramen shop , Enishi Ramen, hidden on the 2nd floor! (Hidden because you will almost never run into it by chance...)
In terms of amenities, there's loads as well. My favorite is the anytime fitness gym on the 2nd floor, which is one of the better equipped ones in SG! And very popular with gym goers as well. There's also a fantastic dental clinic on the 2nd floor (international plaza dental surgeons) which has one of the kindest dentists I've ever met. If you live here, you'll rarely have to step outside of the building!
