I have followed Shirly and Adeline for the past four or so years. During this time period, they have always been there to walk me through the different turns and phases of my life and injuries. I have also brought friends to the Shala and I see the same spirit of hospitable guidance being extended to them as well. It doesn’t matter if you are a newbie or just a not so flexible person (like me!), they will be happy to meet you there with openness.
